I think there was a combination of elements creating chaos at the shop today-- a difficult vehicle ahead of me, training going on, etc. It came down to ONE person not listening to what I was asking; she just walked away and told me they wouldn't service the vehicle. Cooler heads prevailed and the others at the shop treated me better, you know, with recognition that I was the customer. Perhaps she just needs some training in customer service. However, I do believe that the people in the shop did the work correctly, and my rig is safe to drive.

With little choice, we limped at 40mph 20 miles back to Butte. That was Saturday. We holed up in a hotel until Monday when things opened back up. Dealership service dept.s were full up. Kevin, office manager, of Car Tune took in our truck with no promise of being able to fix whatever was wrong in a hurry but did offer to run diagnostics asap. We left the vehicle with him/them and made our way back to our hotel. After only a few hours Kevin called us and said it was fixed. Indeed it was. We were able to salvage part of our intended trip and drove the truck pulling our trailer back home - 630 miles, 11.5 hours. No overheating. The truck ran perfect. Thanks Kevin, Kevin and crew! I search for Mobile RV repairs and Clawson was at the top of the list. He answered his phone and promised to be there in two hours. He arrived 10 minutes early. He put my unit on the computer and it read that nothing was wrong. He crawled under my coach and immediately found the problem. My turbo hose had disconnected. He repaired it within 15 minutes and we were on our way. His superior service is exceeded only by his expertise. We will use him again.
