I'm stuck here right now, and am being treated like dirt. There was some long delay with a different vehicle. I had to run across the road-- using my cane because I am disabled-- then one gal started lying about what I'd said or done. I've never been treated badly at a JiffyLube so this is very unexpected and upsetting. I'm having a panic attack because I don't know if they're even going to do thing correctly or if they're going to screw me over on purpose. But I certainly can't recommend the place because of this. Will update if everything is okay... Update: I have driven 40+ miles and nothing catastrophic occurred. I think there was a combination of elements creating chaos at the shop today-- a difficult vehicle ahead of me, training going on, etc. It came down to ONE person not listening to what I was asking; she just walked away and told me they wouldn't service the vehicle. Cooler heads prevailed and the others at the shop treated me better, you know, with recognition that I was the customer. Perhaps she just needs some training in customer service. However, I do believe that the people in the shop did the work correctly, and my rig is safe to drive. read more

If you want good service but see employees treated like garbage, this is the place to go. I've taken two vehicles for service over the last two months and I'll tell ya, the lady in charge is horrible. It makes me wonder what the turn over rate is there. It made me uncomfortable watching her interact and treat everyone like they were less important than the dirt under her nails. read more

We arrived a half hour before they should have been closed on Sunday June 8th 2025 , it looked like it might have been open but on closer inspection all the lights were off and doors were locked. Another car also pulled up next to us wanting to get there oil changed to. Two customers lost today. read more

I had to swing in here on the way from Seattle to Maine. They got me right in and took care of it quickly. They were very professional and friendly. Normally I would not recommend Jiffy Lube but these guys are top notch. If you're ever in the area in need of an oil change I would recommend them. They are not pushy and trying to sell everything under the roof. But they will let you know if they find something concerning, which is their job. read more

Brought my Chevy Silverado there for a grease job and oil change. They only greased 4 of the thirteen grease fittings during my service. I even told then about the grease fittings in the drive shaft they still skipped them. Wonder how many other vehicles get this kind of service. It took 2 more trips back there to complete what I paid for. read more

I visited for an oil change and a fuel filter change on my company issued 2015 Chevy Duramax. I paid for the services and left. Two days later I noticed that my fender liner had a hole in it. Upon inspection, I noticed that the liner had been cut by the staff to change the fuel filter. Every JL in the past had dropped the liner for access, while the Butte crew just cut a hole in it. They huge hole allows for mud and other debris into the engine compartment! For six years this has never happened and I have even changed it myself without cutting. I had a voicemail from one of the staff offering to fix my vehicle and a comment stating that I was the first to complain! I am not sorry for complaining about my vehicle being damaged. I plan to replace the liner myself and I plan to never go back. It was so unprofessional. read more

Oil change wasn't cheap at $45 but I was in a hurry and over due. Service technician said I needed both filters changed. I had just replaced my engine air filter a couple months ago and knew it wasn't dirty. But I had them replace my cabin filter. When I went to pay, the bill was $100! The little cabin air filter that I normally pay $10 was $50! What a rip off. Just glad that I didn't ask them to change my engine air filter. Could have ended up paying $200 for an oil change with Jiffy Lubes over prices air filters. Stay away from these folks. Not ethical what they are over charging. Follow-up - I used the Jiffy Lube corporate web site to complain about the over-charge. They responded the next day stating that I would get a call to resolve issue. Store manager called me later the next morning and reimbursed me for the air filter overcharge. Still won't visit this particular JL location again but will use other Jiffy Lube stores. Pretty impressive response and resolution to a complaint using JL's corporate web site! read more

I hate Jiffy Lubes in general. All I wanted was an oil change. You have to tell them repeatedly not to check the oil filter, and they are always trying to sell you more than you want. They slip in a gas additive for 10.00 that is of dubious value. The whole experience was unpleasant. If I wasn't traveling with my family and my oil life below 10%, I would not have stoped. I will never make this mistake again. My family can wait an hour. $79 for an oil change even with synthetic oil is a rip-off. read more

Had a low tire, and needed oil changed. stopped here, and the guy kept telling me my sensor was broke, without even looking at it. I told him no, my tire is going flat, but the guy kept insisting my sensor was broken. I knew it wasn't. so they do the oil change. they obviously never worked on my model of car before and didnt even know how to open up the glovebox, and kept digging on the glovebox. there are actually two gloveboxes in my car and neither of them have ANY latches, sensors, or electronics of any kind. they're bare. so they get the oil change done, get oil everywhere on my car, I drive a block away and my tire goes flat again!!! I take it to Les Schwab and there's a nail in the tire. they didn't even check it. terrible, rude service. and they don't know diddly squat about cars. never again. and I have no idea if they even changed the oil filter, I guess you just have to take their word for it. shady. and I'm sure the guy was on drugs but that could just be his vibe read more

This location in Butte used to be my favorite place for an oil change. This place now sucks. They no longer remove the skid plate before draining oil so now it drips oil off the skid plate onto my garage floor for a week. Plus they no longer grease all the fittings on the driveshaft, etc. I even asked him directly about lubing the grease zirks and he said yes. So he either lied or is grossly incompetent. My wife brought our vehicle to jiffy lube in butte today for a routine oil change. First and last time we make that mistake. After the service was done, the main guy informed my wife that the oil plug was stripped and barely hanging on before he changed the oil and that it was the last place that serviced the vehicles fault. He said that when he pulled the plug, that there was part of the bolt or pan thread that came out as well (hmmm...I'm no genius, but once the plug is pulled, oil is quick to follow, so how did this master mechanic see the partial thread before the 6 quarts of oil flowed out?) After my wife paid the $85 service fee that was suto ose to include a window clean and vacuum ( neither done ) she called me and I spoke briefly to the ?manager? and he informed me that the last place the oil was changed was at fault and that I need to get ahold of them. Not really understanding what was going on until she brought the vehicle home, I went and looked at the car when she arrived and there was already a puddle of oil forming under the car, now keep in mind that jiffy lube sent this car on its way, knowing it was leaking oil from the plug when it left and said it was fine to jump on the highway and travel with. Car went to jiffy lube, NOT LEAKING any oil, but shows back up at home now with a steady drip. I drove the car back down to speak to the manager, he couldn't even look me in the face while trying to explain to me what was going on and tried to tell me that the oil plug was barely hanging on when he began to change the oil. I feel like I've been lied to and now I have to put my trip on hold until I can get this oil leak fixed so I'm not dropping a quart of oil in the car every so many miles.
