While there he was told that he would have to purchase new tires as there were "cords" showing on my tire. There was not. Also, they stated that the brakes also needed fixed because of sever wear. Jokes on them. Those brakes were just done not long ago. My husband called Tire-Rama to see if he could get in. They said come on in! While there they fixed the tire. Checked each one for any issues. As well as went over brakes. No sever wear was found on any of the tires. the brakes are fine too. Just like we knew they would be. I've never been treated badly at a JiffyLube so this is very unexpected and upsetting. I'm having a panic attack because I don't know if they're even going to do thing correctly or if they're going to screw me over on purpose. But I certainly can't recommend the place because of this. Will update if everything is okay... Update: I have driven 40+ miles and nothing catastrophic occurred. I think there was a combination of elements creating chaos at the shop today-- a difficult vehicle ahead of me, training going on, etc. It came down to ONE person not listening to what I was asking; she just walked away and told me they wouldn't service the vehicle. Cooler heads prevailed and the others at the shop treated me better, you know, with recognition that I was the customer. Perhaps she just needs some training in customer service. However, I do believe that the people in the shop did the work correctly, and my rig is safe to drive.

It was a Saturday and we were coming into Helena which was our best chance to find some sort of quick lubr place. But what sjop would take a 9 1/2 foot clearance? Lots of places can't. I called and they told me their headroom was 10 feet. Our van was 9.5. They took us in, as they were directing us, they were keeping an eye out for our air conditioner and I felt that they really took good care of us. And they were nice guys, very personable. I was gonna remember one fellow's name because he was so great, but unfortunately I've forgotten. (Helena native wearing shorts in cool weather - he said he wear shorts all winter long!)
