I was told that there was 2 key fobs for her 2020 vehicle. she asked for it every time she went in to the dealership, was always told "we will find it, its here somewhere." The dealership called for the trade in paperwork, I had it sent to them, and every time they called us, i asked for the 2nd key fob. We have asked probably in the neighborhood of 5+ times, and they never seemed interested in helping or finding the key fob. Never got a response. Asked for the second key fob multiple times, and always told they will look, but have yet to find it.

Luckily we could make it into Butte GMC! The women on the phone was super helpful, told us to bring it in and gave the service crew a heads up. They got us in and out, let us dump our trailer in their gravel lot, and got us back on the road in a few hours. We are cruising now and the truck is running smoothly. On the work order they charged me for new rear break rotors, that where never replaced. They claimed to have fixed all leaks on transmission, FALSE then charged me to actually fix it! I ordered black out head lights to match my tail lights, they put standard factory lamps in. It gets worse but I will just leave at this. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR OR TRUCK to Lithia Dodge in Butte if you need any work done. They are slow and completely incompetent at what they do. I had to buy another vehicle from someone else because this one has been in the shop with them longer than I've actually been able to drive it. Like I said before I understand being short staffed but this is insane. They offered no solutions. They told be they had no loaner cars and if they did it would be 30 days max but like I said it's going on 7 months. I've lost 3 traveling jobs due to not having my car I've been struggling to keep up with bills because of this. They were aware I told them as much and they still didn't care. Just be extra cautious when going through these guys. Absolutely DO NOT buy from them!! I bought a used car from them and within a few months of owning it the flex plate broke I had it towed to the shop in May with promises of them getting it fixed to me my June at the latest m. It is now the end of August and it is still not finished and they keep coming up with excuse after excuse. "We are short handed and there's a few more cars in front of you." "I'm sorry we got it on the lift now we're just waiting on parts" "your parts are on back order" " Sorry we just had a tech put in some guys motor in wrong so they have to tear it apart and start over. They should be starting on your car Wednesday and it should be done no later than Friday" Which was last week. I've called twice this week with a promise of someone getting back to me and nothing. I called them at 2pm today and 3:30pm and it just went straight to voicemail." So if I were you I'd definitely use CAUTION with this dealership.
