Despicable liars, time-wasters, and morons. I called about a specific car and was told it was available. I drove over an hour to test drive the car with the intent to purchase, if all went as expected. The car was dead on the lot. It needed a battery, and they knew that. It would have to be ordered. The car was basically a dead chunk of metal. I wasted two and a half hours of my day, took a long and unpleasant drive to Butte, and wasted a half a tank of gas, because of these miserable, lying dipshits. Fuck this dealership. Went in for the oil change service while visiting in the area. Very easy to work with service staff. No surprises, or up sells, what they recommend was on point and inexpensive. They even did a great job washing it. Highly recommend you give this dealership a try. I even put one of their plate frames on my car. read more

Not even a month later I find a oil leak, and three months later I found out that the cam shaft needs to be replaced since there was no maintenance done on the vehicle. read more

Recently purchased a used vehicle from them, the salesman "Scott" was great with making the transaction run smoothly, BUT after I completed the purchase I discovered that the vehicle did not have several of the features that were advertised in the online description. When I called to question this I was told that the descriptions are "generic" and not descriptive of specific vehicles. How can you advertise something that doesn't exist? Brought my 2017 CRV in 3 times to have a blind spot issue looked at. If it's an electronic issue take your vehicle somewhere else. Service manager Mike told me they were going to get a hold of Honda Tech Support and haven't heard back and it's been over 30 days. The sales staff was pleasant, however, not only were we treated badly and aggressively by management, but the prices and interest rates they quoted us were ridiculous. Holy moly! This place is the best. Our VW van was in the shop for over a month so we bought an older Honda Odyssey van for a song and a dance. They agreed to a better price, detailed and delivered it right to my house. Sadly upon trying to start it up, it just clicked. I called the sales manager and within 15 minutes he had someone here to pick it up and recharge the battery. With all the work that went into this van, I'm not sure they made even a hundred bucks. We had been dealing with John Galanski for a couple of weeks on a 2015 Highlander and he had agreed to put the vehicle on hold for two days so we could come take a look. We drove up from Salt Lake on our way to Helena and stayed the night in a hotel in Butte. When we got to the dealership first thing the next morning, we found out they had sold the vehicle. We were out a day of our vacation and almost a hundred bucks for the hotel. Would not recommend to anyone, credibility is everything and they obviously do not possess that quality. read more
