The only odd part was that you had to hand over your wallet to ensure that you wouldn't run off with the tool. The tool's easy to use, and Scott was helpful in giving suggestions and information about the error code that I got. All in all, it was a quick and painless stop, and I got exactly what I was looking for. These guys were a great help.

We were not financing the vehicle through the dealership, so she graciously held our check for a week to give us time to get our money in the account from our credit union, I do not often buy cars and while this may be a common practice we really appreciated it and how Ginger handled it. Both Kody and Ginger made our buying experience a pleasant process. We would definitely buy from this dealership again. They told be they had no loaner cars and if they did it would be 30 days max but like I said it's going on 7 months. I've lost 3 traveling jobs due to not having my car I've been struggling to keep up with bills because of this. They were aware I told them as much and they still didn't care.
