The Arcos in town have converted their machine pays from individual credit card machines to a shared one that charges you for the convenience of using a credit card- and that's completely BOGUS. Plus, gas prices always seem very competitive here. Easier to access and leave his place if hours traveling west-bound on orangeburg. Oh and there's not a car wash... Oh well!

The pump stopped at exactly $99 dollars. It filled my tank just over 3/4 full. I wanted a full tank. Imagine if I was at AmPm. I would have been hit with a service fee of .35 cents for each transaction if I was to do two transactions to just fill one tank. This sucks!

Whilst traveling back home I realized that I need gas fairly bad, so I pulled off the freeway and found Cruisers Gas (thanks Waze) At the pump I was offered the opportunity to purchase a car wash, also a discounted price on gas if I purchased premium wash, sounds good so far... After completing my transaction, I get back in the car and drive around the station looking for the car wash entrance only to realize that there is no car wash... wait, what? Perplexed to say the least, I walk into the store and say "OK I'm an idiot, but where is the car wash" (I tried to take the blame for not being able to find the entrance) The girl behind the counter says (straight faced) "Oh, we don't have one" Now, those of you that know me know that I am usually a very patient individual, Well, not today.... I proceed to raise my voice and explain to the nice girl and subsequently her superior, (and I use the word superior very generously) that they cannot sell and charge for a product the do not actually have. I asked for my money back as that to me seemed like a legitimate request. apparently I was mistaken because they were not about to give my $10. I was told to go to PrimeShine car wash some 6-7 miles away. Well, at this point the line behind me is growing quite rapidly and the nice CHP DICK that is immediately behind me asks "Could you please step aside so the rest of us can check out", after confirming that the establishment had working security cameras, I politely told the officer to "Fuck Off, but if you gave me my $10 I will gladly leave", as he mumbled a bit I proceeded to get the contact information for the corporate office and reluctantly left this fine establishment. As I was sitting in my car leaving a message for Corporate guy Scott, I realized that Dick was just sitting in the parking lot eyeballin me, so, we both sat there for a while until he left, me shortly thereafter. So, Corporate Scott calls me back and to be honest he was very apologetic and informed me that this happens quite often and that the store folks should have refunded me my money, we worked it out and all is good. you know, i always go to this gas station and the workers are always on there phone. which i do not…read moremind at all, i just want my gas and to get out of there. but when you go to the back and you knowwww im in the store. and i can hear you yelling on your phone. i was in there for 15 minutes. the only one in there. yelling "hello can you ring me up" multiple times. i've worked in customer service for years, im only 19 and i know not to go in the back unless its necessary, orrr im on break. if you need to hire better employees that know how to work, clean, and. not be on there phone in the back room while you're open. please hire me. because that was bull shit.
