I'm really disappointed in this gas station. I originally got off the freeway for gas based on a billboard for Flying J. This is a popular exit for big rigs and is a bit congested. This gas station is just before Flying J and advertised the same price, so rather than deal with all the traffic, I opted to go here where there was no-one! I paid at the pump and realised after, that the advertised price of $3.39 was $3.49. I assumed it was credit/debit price which of course irritated me, but I was already pumping. I filled up my tank and requested a receipt, where I was promoted to go inside. I wanted to get back out on the road but was feeling compelled to announce my frustration. I looked at the sign again at it clearly stated $3.39. I took a photo of it! And then took a photo of the pump price. When I went inside I asked for my receipt, then compared the price charged. I told the cashier, a younger Hispanic guy, about being overcharged. He looked like he had no clue. Then said, ohh, I forgot to change "that"side of the sign. Look, it's $3.49 on the other side (not facing oncoming traffic from freeway). A lot of good that does. I warned him it would be a huge fine if Weights& Measures came in. He didn't offer me a refund. So the gas station made an additional $1+ off my sale. They were clearly scamming and I would never give this station business again! read more

This is our station of choice for diesel. At $2.99 they get our business. It appears that Fast Track has converted to Chevron over the past week. Pumps are new, station is lite up. The store is still on the dark side and being renovated. At least now you don't question if they are open like before when it was so dark here. Great Job!!! read more

Por customer service at this location , Everyone is dull I came in during lunch hours on Monday 4/29 . No one greets the customers or even says thank you after the transaction is made . A younger girl was working the register that day. Won't be visiting again. The employees should be trained better in dealing with the public. read more

They had clean all-gender bathrooms, a good choice of snacks, and a friendly staffer.

We are from Out of town and were so impressed by the cleanliness and selection in the Extra Mile store. The manager, Sarah, even went into the parking lot to clean up a plate of food that was left in the parking lot and since run over. She was so nice and truly cared about her store. Best Chevron, coolest dude working there on night shifts as in 5-17-2022! Highly recommend to stop here for gas or snacks.

First off this gas station is 10x nicer than when it was Fast Lane. The employees also are extremely nice, friendly, and welcoming. We needed a gallon of milk and this was the closest place. $8.99!!! We feel robbed. I hope $8.99 was worth the loss of our business. We will never be back. I knew we should have driven a 1,000 more feet to Flying J's. read more

Highly recommend this place if you just need to fuel and go, it beats going across the street to Flying J and waiting forever to fuel sometimes. Nice clean recently remodeled store with a chesters chicken inside the store. They have def at the pumps and they accept Comdata Cards here as well. read more

Been going there for years. I went the other day after the mandatory mask wearing went into effect. The lady behind the counter laughed when I asked her where her mask was. I asked if she was the owner because she seems to always be there. She is not the owner. I hope the owner sees this review and educates their people. I will not go there anymore if they have no concern for their customers safety. Especially when it is now required.. I was wearing a mask. I have also spread the word to others. Very sad Update: just checking in with the place. July 4. Harinder was working with no mask again. I asked her why not and she said she didn't want to! I asked her if her boss/owner knew she didn't wear a mask and she said yes and he didn't care! If I get sick, I will know who to point to.! read more

Never thought I'd be giving a Yelp review for a *gas station*. The pumps here fill up ridiculously slow. 5 min and it's not even halfway done filling my mid-sized sedan. And then when the tank is filled, the nozzle doesn't even automatically turn off, so gas starts spilling out all over the place. There's another gas station not far down the street. Maybe try going there. read more

9/3/2015 Horrible place to stop at. Deanna Jaxine Stinson and I were headed for the Alameda County Fairgrounds to unload the van for Mrs. Morrison's Shortbread and get prepared for the Scottish Games in Pleasanton. Deanna and I both had to go to the bathroom for a #1. Some guy was taking his time in the bathroom and when Deanna came out of the lady's bathroom, I had to urgently go and Deanna let me in the woman's bathroom. When I came out, the old Asian woman that works there kept harassing me, she said: "For lady's only. Only for ladies." and kept giving me dirty looks. We bought stuff in there and still got dirty looks from her and the young girl Asian cashier. Horrible service, horrible. read more

I over heated and while we were there a car was on fire I ran in and asked for a fire extinguisher behind the desk she would not give it to me and thank goodness my brother had just pulled in and had some water and he was able to put it out. I felt terrible for that young couple. I also left my wallet in the bathroom and have not heard back from manager if it was turned in. read more

This place has some of the RUDEST staff working behind the counter. Here it is the day after Christmas and I stopped in for air in my tire which was low. I asked if they could turn it on and they basically told me NO because I didn't purchase any fuel. When ai challenged them it was free " look your breathing it in for free" they proceeded to read me the law that says its not free without fuel purchased.. so rude and unsympathetic towards myself and others Im sure.. sad we live in time when its all about the mighty dollar.. what happen to common courtesy.. no wonder the Valley gets a bad wrap from rude people or racist take your pick. Both staff were Asian women and rude about the whole situation in front of other paying customers.. needless to say I wont go back and the customers who were there weren't happy about the treatment I received either.. go a mile more North or South for FREE air and good customer service. read more
