There is several gas stations around this shell, basically don't go to this shell the customer service is horrible, don't support them it's individually owned they made a mistake on my transaction and couldn't even correct it. The older lady who works at night is busy giving attention to other customers that she messed up our gas pump and mixed me and another persons pump. I went in to correct it, im not out here trying to steal gas, when I walked in she stormed out to tell my husband pay for your gas because she messed up the pump and he's like smart ass my wife is inside to take care of it. While inside she was busy flirting with some man that's why she was messing up gas and transactions LOL! get it together lady do your dirty business on your own time :) I helped her correct the transaction so I can finish filling up my tank so I can leave ..... never went back after this. read more

I and my daughter just used their restroom for about 10 minutes. The employee who is a man maybe from the USA urged us and said he wanted his bathroom back in a bad mood. We just answered OK and quickly finished then went out. He opened the door of the food market to let us go without looking at us. I said thank you, there's no answer and we didn't know what wrong we did，shouldn't people use this restroom or does this restroom belongs to him? We thought he was so rude! I just stopped at this gas station and an employee was out spraying the pavement (who knows why it's freaking raining!!!) and the first pump I pulled up to had a cone so if I would have pulled up his hose would have been under my car so I pulled around where he was since another car was going that way and as I pulled up to where he was he said something to me so I rolled my window down and he said hi hella rude like I was bugging him and I said nicely oh sorry I was pulling up to these pumps and he said to me oh wow you had to pull up to where I was didn't you?! It's a gas station/convenience store immediately adjacent to a busy interstate - not in the middle of nowhere, not in the inner city and surrounded by buildings with bars on the windows - which apparently closes not only AT ALL but in fact well before 10:30 PM (at least to walk-in customers - a "night window" doesn't help us) and has a "No Restrooms" sign prominently displayed in the window. As a result we were on the premises trying and failing to be customers of this establishment on Sunday (01/14/18) night when my daughter decided she needed the bathroom and I desperately needed some coffee. 1929 called; they want their business practices back. Also, I'd like to throw in a bonus 1-star review for Yelp, thanks to the inexcusable bugginess and lagginess of which it took me te...n fu....u...h....reaking...minutes....to...type ou....t...this...re...view...and then had to reset my perfectly good password for no reason. read more

They write your Driver's License Number down if you pay with a credit card inside. I tried to explain to them that they can not do that by California Law. But they still refused to sell me a Red Bull, unless I let them write my Driver's License Number down. read more

Expensive gas and the pumps are run done and really need to be replaced. They don't even have much in the convenience store. There soda machine is down and they don't have ice! Very disappointing for a shell! read more

Worst shell I've dealt with. Right off of the I-5 freeway so naturally they feel their gas should be 100% higher than surrounding areas. Price gouging at its finest. Currently $3.45 for regular and $3.75 for premium. And a 20 cent penalty if you use a credit card. Like why? I literally will never get gas at this location. They are robbing the general public. Who knows what prices will be by summer considering it's only early March. read more

This Shell gas station is located off the 5 freeway next to the CHP state office. It was attached to an IHOP and looked very much like a rest stop gas station like those along the 5 between northern and southern California. Very simply, if you are there to get gas, you will do okay so long as you remain outside. BEWARE if you go in and use the restrooms. They are extremely unkempt and would easily not pass any health inspection conducted by the county (used tissue paper on the floor, no toilet paper supplies, trash overflowing, sink faucets leaky and in disarray). This particular location must be understaffed on purpose to save money as the floors are particularly dirty and appear as to not have ever been mopped in the last week. Management/ownership obviously gets a free ride from the county as the CHP is right next door who I am sure walks into this place sometimes and sees the filth. read more
