I came here for an oil change knowing that that included a free car wash. First impressions, the parking lot for the lube center is very ackward in that there isn't one. And if you pull up on the wrong side you have to leave the lot and pull around where you just line up your vehicle. Other Terrible's I have been to there is designated parking. Oil change was to be expected with the usual, "Come outside so I can talk to you about what else is wrong with your vehicle." Anything besides an oil change and a smog check, I'm not personally comfortable with having Terrible's do. After I was finished with my oil change I entered the car wash. First off as I am driving up the attendant is walking away and doesn't bother to come back. I get out of my vehicle and tell another attendant who was around a corner where your car goes after vacuuming, I'd like to get this process started. During that time a women starts complaining about her service and asking for a manager, etc. After getting in my car after it was "finished," I can see why. They suck. If I had paid for this car wash I would have been asking for a manager too. From what I could tell the vacuum system there doesn't even work. Needless to say I won't be coming back here. I wish I had taken my free car wash voucher back to my neck of the woods, Summerlin Costco location, where I know they do a good job. I'm guessing the difference is the customers their would lose their shi*t if they didn't! read more

I went to this carwash as it's the closest to where I live, so it was very convenient. What wasn't convenient is that they steal stuff from your car, and I believe it was the vacuum side of the service that did the stealing because they don't share in the tips, so if you don't tip them...EXPECT that they will ransack your car! I drive Rideshare, but I had been sick with the flu so I hadn't driven in a couple of weeks and I was going to get back on the road the next day. I went to this carwash later in the day, closer to closing time and I drove back home after getting my car clean and stayed in for the night. The next evening when I got into my car to start driving, the first thing I noticed was that my phone cable was gone. I looked around and they had taken the cough drops in my door panel. Zero zero zero. I received a 50% off for doing an oil change and decided to give this car wash another chance. Ohh bad idea. I've had my kids all summer and then some of their friends. All my floors have xl large plastic mats and the seats have waterproof covers, the dirtiest part of my car is the handles and anything I can't cover with plastic. 1. There were 4 workers talking while one worker ( sometimes 2) were cleaning. 2. When they called my turn to pick my car I carrying a car seat and none of these workers offered to help carry for me. 3. After I re installed my seat covers, I started inspecting the car and none of them, not even the one waiting with keys ever asked if everything was ok. 4. I took out my pack of wipers to clean off some spots before I strapped the covers back on and again no one bothered to ask is something was missed. 5. Their gas prices are overpriced and the price for cigarettes are at least 2 dollars more than Dottie's 7/11. All locations are a rip off. In fact, the last gas station on your way to California from Nevada charges . 20 cents more than a California gas station. 100,% avoid these stations. read more

It's so hard to find a good car wash these days. I won't be back to Terrible's. I'm over it! Every time I try them their wash just sucks! The inside passenger side of my truck only got wiped down with a wet rag. They didn't use any cleaner on the interior until I told them to. They didn't even wipe down the passenger visor! Then the guy gives me a lecture about water spots that I need to mix vinegar and water and wipe it down when I get home. What the heck am I paying you for! I also paid extra for a tire shine. Seriously! I just left here and drove a block away to pick up my daughter and took these pics. I'm sick of you Terrible you won't get my hard earned money again!!! read more

Absolutely the worst car wash service ever! First off all it seem that they don't ever do their actual job. Every time I bring my truck they do a terrible job, maybe there trying to match their name!!! If you plan just to just do a quick wash at the cheapest price then go for it. Don't purchase the most expensive one because you get the cheapest price service no joke! Horrible horrible horrible! I got my car cleaned and it looked it wasn't even touched. Other then the dust coming off because it went through the water. I have water spots everywhere. My dashboard and my inside interior was not even touched when I got the best car wash. I recommend you guys hiring people that are able to move and get down and actually can see because when I pointed out were spots were he couldn't even see them. Came here against my better judgement nothing wrong with the place just always prefer to go to the dealer for oil changes and services. Unfortunately , the fact that it's over 100 degrees out here driving across town didn't seem to appealing so my boyfriend suggested I come here. I needed to get my car checked out and cleaned before heading Out to San Diego this week. The free wash with the oil change I thought I'd save me a little money. Definitely not the case. Apparently some of the services I requested were unable to get done because it's dealer only and the fact that I have a leak in the coolant really put a damper on the day. None of which is there fault, but I work in the automotive industry in auto glass and from experience I know which vehicles require dealer only items and services. So the experience of the techs is not really and they are young. So next I drop my car off to get washed, I wait a while get to my car. And low and behold there's still a whole bunch of mess on the driver door and the front. I'm really trying not to freak out and be nice. So I point at the spots Richard helps me out super thoughtful and empathetic he Is the reason why they are getting 3 stars. Mind you Richards's manager was standing near by hears my complaints and just ignores it. Why not offer to run it through again? Why not come and see why your customer is not happy? As a manager I make it a point to reach out to my customers if they are unhappy it's business 101. The kid looked young, again no regard for the issue just shrugs it off. Still had bird poop on my car like come on??????? Anywho thinking about it makes me upset don't get your car washed here if your looking for a detailed job, if ya a quick fix and you want to cut corners like I did! Come here and you won't be satisfied I feel like I got got!!! I bring my cars here for a quick lube and go. I've tried different places but I find that this location is quick and honest so I drive the extra mile for this shop. What I like about this place is that whether there is one customer waiting or 10, it is always fast service. Very convenient for me. The employees are polite and professional and they don't try to sell you another 20 items like all other lube and go places do. I always get a courtesy car wash with the service. Thanks to all of you guys over at the oil change station. I came in this morning with my son to get a oil change. I love the fact they allow you to stay in the car, you are able to see each and everything that they are touching/ checking under the hood of the car. If anything needs to be changed they let y ou u see the difference between the old one and the new before they change or offer to change out. But most of all I love the fact that they do not HASSLE or try to convince me to pay more money or to add on purchases. When done they show you what was done, give you an invoice with everything on there if what was done and what needs to be done. They all come out at the end of oil change just to say goodbye and THANKED me just for coming to them. I wish I couldve left them a tip. I will definitely be back from now on. You guys are absolutely AWESOME !!! read more

This review is for the car wash. This is my go to spot when I'm feeling lazy and don't want to wash my own car. They perform all the necessary tasks like vacuum and run it through the automated car wash, which does a decent job. The detail guys do an admiral job detailing the car but I do like that they use air to blow all the extra water out of all the crevices so as you drive away all the extra water doesn't run down your freshly washed car, hence the 4th star. For $15 bucks they do a good job but if you go more than twice a month I'd opt for the monthly plan of $30 and your car washes are unlimited. The overall gas station is clean and also has an oil change bay and plenty of snacks in the convenience store to fill up your own tank while you wait. read more

The man who wiped down my car afterwards was not trying to get it clean. I had to go home and clean it again. When I asked him if certain spots could come clean he rubbed a rag on it and said no. When I got home, I did the same and all the dirty spots came clean. I learned a lesson. read more

She said ''you will have to call them''. I told her this is the only number listed and could you give me the number if there is a different one.
