Good place to get gas for your call. This station is shared with a drive thru and dine in McDonalds. Staff friendly and funny here. Asked me for my ID when I went to buy lottery tickets. HAHAHA! Anyways small convenience store filled with snacks, cold beverages, somewhat decent coffee, and toiletries. Bathroom surprisingly clean for a gas station. Gas stalls had windshield wiper cleaner solution so that's a plus. Only downside is the shocking price of gas here. Cannot belies it is $5.29 per gallon for the Regular gas. read more

If you're in the mood for McD's and also have the need to buy gas and lotto tickets, this is a pretty convenient place to go for it all. Parking can be difficult during the lunch rush since the drive thru might be a mile long, but most often than not, you'll always find a spot available. Staff has always been friendly whenever I come through, so no snags there. Been here many times and never had any issues. Surprised it took me this long to write a review, but better late than never! As a rideshare driver I appreciate businesses that allow me to use restroom l. This gas station maintains a clean bathroom and doesn't have annoying codes to get in a stall. Happy that the restroom is always available to customers. I also like that this location has a McDonald's. The employees are always nice. I was also able to pick up some toys on shelf for half off which will make great stocking stuffers or fun additions to my grandson's Halloween basket.. this is my favorite gas station in El Segundo.. read more

Came here for gas. Love this location because it has a McDonald's connected to it! YES! I love McDonald's. LOL Not sure if they have a car wash here. I don't think they do, but if they did that would make it more amazing!!! Cheapest gas was $5.99 over the weekend which is not that cheap. Places in West LA were about 50 cents to 75 cents cheaper than that, so it must be because of the McDonald's and a busy intersection maybe? Still, would come again, just for the convenience/McDonald's. read more

This gas station is usually 10-20 cents more a gallon compared to others in town, but the convenience store is decent. Air compressor needs repair, it kinda works but it's not accurate and let's out more air from a tire than it puts in read more

Come here during a work day around lunch time and good luck. If you're looking for a parking spot, you'll find one, but have a hard time getting back out. Expect a line at the gas pumps during peak hours also. At any other time of day or night it's not so bad. The corner location is prime and co-located with McDonald's so people can fuel their cars and bodies at the same time. The bathrooms here are small but clean. read more

Slowest pumps ever. Every car that pulled up to a pump stayed at that pump for at least five full minutes. But the credit card readers/ screens and general machinery are well-kept, so there's that. Just don't come here if you're in a rush to get anywhere... read more

This is the Bermuda triangle of El Segundo, you got Mc Donalds and a Chevron GAS station in the same place. Then add a mix of idiot drivers who seem hell bent on beating everyone to the drive through. And you got yourself a recipe for disaster. And who the hell goes here for gas? the price is ASTRONOMICAL. Horrible. I hope upper management can fix this. This man who works there late night, thinks he can CLOSE the 24 hour extra mile store whenever he gets ready to go have a cigar. He leaves the premises for more than a typical "break time". This is not his owned place, and the nerve of him to think he can turn a 24 hour location into 23 hours. & decided to leave right in front of me so I couldn't go in. What if someone has to pay cash to get gas? We needed something from this 24 hour location, and the man who works here left for over 20 minutes !!! He claimed his break was 10 minutes & he locked up, and LEFT. How does he have the authority to lock up and leave work in a 24 hour store? No guarantees and no accountability. Chevron and Extra mile need to do something about this. I saw around 10 customers walk up at different times and it was closed because the worker decided he needed a longer break !!! What would corporate say about this? Probably nothing good! This employee is making you lose business. Plus making Extra Mile look bad. I work near here, and work late. I love that this place is 24 hours and for him to just LOCK UP and leave for an unspecified amount of time is just unbelievable to me. The same employee has done this more than once, because I've been him and been victim to him closing up shop whenever he wants to. It's really annoying and only happens when this one guy is at work! I will hopefully find out his name, I am not intending to simply get someone in trouble, I am attempting to change it so I can count on this place being open when I need it, as I work late and this place is close. Firstly, the gas prices at this place are super-high. Secondly, this gas station likes to throttle the speed of their pumps to make you feel like you're "getting your money's worth." I despise this. Walked there today from the doubletree to buy a 6 pack of beer. My out of state license wouldn't "scan" and they wouldn't sell me beer. I am 40 years old with a federal WV license and a passport card with my birthday clearly displayed on the card, but they couldn't manually enter the information. Took an Uber to the whole foods and got better beer for cheaper. Won't be going to any Chevron stations again anytime soon. read more

Well, this particular Chevron gas station WAS my "go-to" for fueling my personal fleet of vehicles. The only good remaining asset are the employees. I've found them polite, professional, and accurate especially Mary & Diana, to name a few. So let's talk about the experience at the pumps. Yes, the dispensing of fuel seems slower, squeegee are old, broken or just plain missing. Also the great soapy water is almost like regular tap liquid. The paper towels are cheaper quality than before and many island dispensers are empty. I have often found one or two nozzle/filler hose(s) are red tagged thus rendering these useless. Now, the worst problem is getting to the pumps. I see many vehicles parked by a fuel dispensers, abandoned for extended amounts of time, only to see the occupants returning to their vehicles with McDonald's food bags and drinks from inside the adjacent mini-mart. AND they never purchased any gas! What gives them the rights or privilege to do this? There is a huge parking lot on the other side closer to the fast food restaurant along with a fully functional drive-thru. In addition to the inconveniences to the gas - dispensing patrons, I see this happening time after time at the air and water service area. I sure wish these violators would be approached by the gas station supervisors/managers plus the true gas filling customers should speak up without hesitation. I know, I question these rude, pompous jerks with no consideration of their fellow drivers. Chevron! Get your act together. read more

Out of the 12 pumps 6 of them were out of service and only 2 of them had signs saying so. I had to move my car 4 times before I found a pump that was working. When I asked the cashier about the out of service pumps, she just shrugged and said she can't do anything about it. Worst gas station ever! read more

If I could give less stars I would. On 2 occasions now I've had an issue with the employee outside working the grounds. Around February-March 2016, while fueling my vehicle, the gentleman sweeping around the pumps decided the area in which I stood needed to be swept immediately and as such in an attempt to get me to move from the pump and vehicle I was at proceeded to sweep my pants and shoes...not so much as a pardon me or an apology. Today while fueling, I had to go into the store to get a receipt, upon my return to my vehicle, I find the same guy pushing a cart to refill the washing tubs, no big deal. He then decides the best place to go is between my vehicle and the pump while running his cart along my vehicle, the whole way down. After confronting him about this, he stated he had to refill it, like it was his sole purpose in life. I promptly explained to him that I didn't care if that needed filled and that he had hit my car at least half a dozen times trying to get there. He had no response and I quickly left before letting my temper get the best of me. This Chevron is a disgrace to the name (I know having worked at one for quite some time) and I for one will not be returning to this location or possibly any others if this is the quality of service that can be expected from what was once a reputable name. read more
