Its low key signage from Sepulveda is deceptive. But I knew this was a thing by all the high end black SUV's in their parking lot. Which can be challenging from time to time at that hour. The design difference hits you immediately upon entering. It's unlike all the traditional mini mall offerings we are used to. It's a refreshing change. Well worth hitting up after an airport run. Station is located on a crazy busy road that makes it virtually impossible to get out of this place. Gas prices are outrageous. Now, I know all of California has crazy gas prices compared to Alabama, but the prices at this station were upwards of 50 cents more per gallon based on what we had seen closer to our hotel (too far away to have filled up and driven to the car rental place and still have a full tank). Also, the air machine had something jammed in the coin slot so you couldn't insert coins and it was sketchy as could be with regard to using your credit/debit card. In the future I'd opt to just let the car rental place fill the tank up at their inflated prices instead of coming back and using this location again. Not for me.

Prices are often high, but you are just a few blocks from LAX so that's to be expected. Not a bad choice for gas and snacks if you're in the area. The fountain drinks are a great bargain, $0.79 for any size.

We had a baby in the car and were scared of a confrontation - he was a scary looking guy and we had no idea if he was armed and were not going to take our chances. We complied and left in a hurry - this is no doubt a regular occurrence at this place - we saw him move on to others as we were leaving and no one from station did anything. This place needs a police presence to clean up their act and make it safe for customers.
