Absolute scam of a store. I bought a car charger, went right out to my car, and discovered it didn't work. It says one year warranty, I walked back inside within 2-3 minutes to do a return. The employee completely ignored me and rudely told me to go complain wherever I wanted. Total garbage customer service. Avoid this place! read more

I visited 76 to buy a water and had to return a drink I had purchased at Chick-fil-A next door. A cashier named Manuel approached me and another customer outside and started recording us. He falsely claimed that a customer had complained about me being parked at the gas station. When I confronted him and asked why he was recording us, he called the police and falsely accused me of harassing him and other customers. He told them that I was black woman and had a weapon, and they arrived in two minutes. This is completely untrue; I am a customer and have never experienced any form of customer service or harassment from a cashier. I kindly request that Manuel be removed from duty. I asked him for my receipt, but he refused after I had repeatedly requested it. Once he called the police, he finally gave me my receipt. read more

Do not come here. I usually stop here on my way to the 105 freeway because it's on the East side of Sepulveda and it's easy access but I showed up on a Saturday evening (9/5/2020) and there were deadbolts around the handle of every pump locking the handle to the pump. It's weird because the lights of the snack shop is still on and the pumps are on so it looks like the station should be open but as of tonight all of the pumps are locked and can't be used. The lights on the 76 sign are off though so maybe that's a clue that they're closed, but there's no sign or anything at the station saying they're closed, just big locks on the pumps. read more

I used this gas station recently on my trip to LAX. It's convenient and easy to get in and out of. Prices are average - probably on the high side but you're paying for the good location and ease of use. Station is clean, mini mart is fine. I found something to eat there, the employee behind the counter was polite and professional and I was happy when I left. read more

What a gem of a gas station. They have an employee, Manuel, that is absolutely one of the nicest persons you can meet. He literally came out to help me with my flat tire all while taking care of customers in the store. This is what customer service and just being a wonderful human looks like! Great place close to the Thrifty rental place to get gas for rental car fill ups and snacks. Not the easiest place to get to because it's 1) popular and 2) they also do basic car maintenances. They must have a great mechanic. read more

Cheap gas prices and excellent mechanic.

WoW I drive up to the gas station with a low pressure tire. I asked, "Gabriel" The attendant if I could please get air for The low tire pressure on my vehicle. He refused and said that I had to either put gas or buy a product from the convenient store. Last time I checked, by law, gas stations with air service must provide it to customers who request it free of charge. I have been pumping gas at the station for the last five years, today they lost a customer. read more

I've stopped into this gas station a few times because I live a few blocks away. The mechanic who works at the shop that is inside is always nice and helpful. Once my car was making a knocking noise and required oil, another time my air pressure sensor was on and he checked and filled all my tires. Most recently the starter went out in our Toyota Corolla and we purchased the part and brought it here to install. They did the work same day and fast! Not only that, the labor fee was by far the least expensive I had found after calling around to several places including Pep Boys. I highly recommend this service department. read more

They had gas, which was a plus because I needed to fill up and I didn't want to make a U-turn. The shop is tiny and kind of depressing. The prices aren't the best... About average for being next to LAX. I usually go to the Mobil across the street. The garage is overpriced (based on quotes, not actual work). So, in sum, this isn't a place I'm hankering to go back to again. read more

Armen and V @ Bob's 76 are amazing. Had my headlight bulbs replaced. First time on Wednesday with V. Brought the wrong bulb, my fault (no charge). Today brought the right bulbs. Armen replaced them in minutes. Both men were extremely nice and professional. I highly recommend them. read more

If there was a way to give less than a star, I would. All the pumps were full so I went to get air in one of my tires. I went in to ask the grimy looking old woman behind the counter to turn on the pump for me (air is free in California) and she refused and told me to pay the $1.50. When I asked why she said I need to buy something first. At this point I tried to explain, what was going and and this lady instantly turned into a bitter old bag of prunes and screamed, "you need to buy something!" I had to walk out. The fact that I was going to fill up on her over priced gas or I didn't want any of the $4 off brand trial mix wasn't enough for her. I simply went across the street to Mobile and had an awesome experience. The gas was less expensive, the people were clean and very helpful, and the store was immaculate! All kinds of chips and meat snacks and coffees and sports / energy drinks, food and even sun glasses. I will make Mobile my first stop from now on. read more
