That refuse to sell me gas bc he wanted me to use my card instead of cash !!! This is a very unprofessional person that should learn how to do better ! Very unimpressed. We needed to fill our rental car up before returning it and came across this gas station, one of the closest to the actual car return (at least that we were able to find). Station is located on a crazy busy road that makes it virtually impossible to get out of this place. Gas prices are outrageous. Now, I know all of California has crazy gas prices compared to Alabama, but the prices at this station were upwards of 50 cents more per gallon based on what we had seen closer to our hotel (too far away to have filled up and driven to the car rental place and still have a full tank). Also, the air machine had something jammed in the coin slot so you couldn't insert coins and it was sketchy as could be with regard to using your credit/debit card. In the future I'd opt to just let the car rental place fill the tank up at their inflated prices instead of coming back and using this location again. Not for me. read more

Stopped by here to fill up our rental car with gas before dropping it off. Located at a very busy intersection, it was nearly impossible to exit without getting hit! As far as the actual gas, it was reasonably priced (especially for being located close to the airport), but the machines did not print a receipt. We had to go inside and get a receipt to present to the rental car company. read more

Credit card info was stolen here. I use my card to get gas once every 3 weeks, and once a week for groceries. I got a fraud alert a week after going here saying that someone had spent $90 at a different 76 not too far away, and then $95 at another 76 a few days later. Clearly this place skims your card details and then uses it at other 76 stations so that your credit card company won't flag it right away. Gas is might be cheap, but not worth it for the stolen credit card info. read more

Horrible service! My card got declined due to possible fraud, so I communicated with my bank to proceed with the charge. The lady with the "sharpie-infused eyebrows", refused to take my card again as I pointed to my phone, to refer the decline has lifted. So she repeatedly said "I don't care about your phone" basically being incompetent to hear out the customer. I can't wait till she gets replaced by a digital automated machine or when sharpies become obsolete. read more

Charged my card over $60 for gas. Pump never turned on. Message came up says see cashier. That would be great but at 6 am there's no cashier. So now I have to put the charge into fraud. Not sure if it was a system error or what the issue, but now their issue is now my issue and all I wanted was some gas. BTW, my car won't hold $60+ in gas so I'm not sure how they came up with that number. Just a crooked gas station. Also, bathroom is for jiffy lube customers only. How's that for a we want your business just cross your legs and hold it until you find somewhere else to pee. It's the gas pump nazis here. Give me money, pump, go. Don't look back just give me your money and go. Anyway, would buy gas here every two days. It's lax area, plenty of gas stations too choose from. On to the next gas station. I'm sure I can find one that has a bathroom that can be used by customers buying gas. read more

Not sure if I should give it even one star, but without a choice, this gas station is nominated to have one of the WORST personnel, staffed at this station. Located on the corner of Sepulveda & Manchester, the location is easily accessible and visible for all. They have plenty of pumps, but they've got issues too. My terrible experience had to do with a gas pump that was inoperable. When I prepaid with cash, the pump worked for the first few minutes, but then, it would stop. When I went up to the counter, the African American girl was extremely rude telling me and questioning me if I had put the pump correctly in my gas tank. I said of course, and she rudely comes out of her cashier area and puts the gas hose in my pump, thinking she could prove me wrong. Since I was in a hurry to get to work, I said forget it, want my money back, and I'll get it another time. She then, rudely again, said to try it again. I kept telling her no, I've got to go because of work, and then blames me that I incorrectly inserted the hose. Ummm....WTF!? Don't ever put gas in this station. The station nozzle was keep coming out so I press the help button but no one show up for help. so I went the lady who work there and tell her I press the help button the thing is when I show up to her, her behavior was sucks she looks doesn't want talk to me. What ever she was tired or had some situation before that's not my fault! I needed gas and I just needed help. Never have I considered leaving a review for a gas station. Today changed my initial thoughts. This place customer service is the worst. I usually pay for gas at the counter to protect my credit card information. Never once had I met a clerk so unprofessional and rude. She was inside, protected by a glass window. I came to the glass window and asked her nicely "$30 on 2 please". Now, usually with these kind of gas stations, there is a sliding tray that allows you to put your card in; it is then retrieved by the cashier. This gas station didn't have that tray. I didn't realize that it was just a "slide through". She literally screamed at me like a child "you can put your card down!". I was thrown off because I didn't expect such response upon first interaction, especially towards a customer. I asked her, "what's your problem?". She quickly said "you can go somewhere else!". I walked away letting her know that she has problems. She responded "yo momma"! I paid at the pump. Appalled by her behavior, I came back for her name. She refused to provide it, so I took a picture of her. 99% of the people pay at the pump, but for that 1% year that do not, try her and you will see I am not exaggerating Everyone needs a job to put a roof over their head, and I would never wish ill upon this lady. This gas station was open at 4am. Excellent! This was just an average gas station with a convenience store inside. Pumping and paying was simple. I didn't interact with the staff. The price was better that what I had seen all week. read more
