Excellent service along with great fresh and hot food, very fast service at the register

It doesn't seem to make much sense to have a line when they just simply allow people to walk in and cut right in front of you. I understand things could be hectic, but this had to be one of the most fragrant displays of disrespect I've ever seen in my life. They just simply let the man walk right in front of me. I have an identified myself and the guy just kept on being rude. I don't think I wanna come back to this place. The clientele doesn't make me feel safe and I honestly am really disappointed. Circle K is colocated with a Mobil gas station on sepulveda Blvd in El Segundo. I stop here occasionally for gas after work. Well lit, easy access, and safe. Prices are often high, but you are just a few blocks from LAX so that's to be expected. Not a bad choice for gas and snacks if you're in the area. The fountain drinks are a great bargain, $0.79 for any size. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this place it's always very clean the workers are always very kind and they got all the snacks great spot for some fast food they have burgers and hot dogs ready to go. They also have a variety of fountain sodas snacks for the road they sell alcohol and scratchers as well and they allow you to pay for the scratchers with your debit card so that's pretty cool. read more

I feel like most of the time when people leave a review for a place like a gas station, it is only to leave a negative review and I am guilty of that as well. But today I need to leave a wonderful review for the amazing employees at the Circle K on PCH and Maple in El Segundo. For starters, I have recently found out that this gas station carries Dr Pepper zero on fountain. Which, for those of you that know, that is like finding the lost city of Atlantis. So I have been going there every day two or three times a day for the past couple of months. in that time these ladies have come to know me, and are always so very sweet when I come in. Even on the days where I'm just buying my one dollar soda, and nothing else. They are kind, engaging, and so very helpful. In fact, on those sad days where I realize my Dr Pepper zero is out, all I have to do is mention to them that it's not working, and they run to go change it. it is hard to find that kind of service in a gas station. Now, for the tip of the iceberg. The other day I bought my soda and maybe a couple other items, and paid by my card. When I left, I'm sure I was talking as I'm normally doing, and I did not close my card transaction. So the next person stepped up and they scanned their item. Well it scanned to my card before it closed out. Now I was long gone, and this was my own fault. Yet, they demanded the customer come up with the cash to pay for the transaction. Then they put that cash aside for me, and held onto it for me until the next time I came in. Which actually wasn't for a couple of days as I Wasn't able to come in for a bit. Then, when I come in a couple of days later, to get my Dr Pepper zero, multiple of them were so excited to show what they had done for me. Without my knowledge, without my asking, they went above and beyond. I feel like sometimes we forget to tell people we appreciate them. I feel sometimes we don't see the little bit of extra that others do for us, because we as a society have come to expect so very much from everyone. But on this day, I want to say that I see what they did. I see how hard they work. And I do appreciate them. So if you go into the Circle K, on any morning from about 7 AM till noon, you will see a girl with bright red hair, a girl with piercings, a girl always wearing a headband, and a giant smile, and a tall, thin girl with straight hair. All four of them will brighten your day if you're willing to smile back and say hello. Circle K is very lucky to have these ladies. read more

BEWAREEEEE!!!!!! We just pulled up into this gas station and used the pad outside to pay for it, the machine was acting funny and we were overcharged +$150....the receipt didnt print so we didnt think much into it until my bank notifed me, went back asked for the receipt and all of the sudden the money is back into my account. What happens here is that, when a receipt isn't printed the cashier inside has the ability to modify charges, as soon as we asked for a receipt the modification was deleted. I've been here a couple of times for the sole purpose of buying lotto tickets, so every stop were quick in and outs. But I got to do a bit of a look-around the last time I came through - there was a line for lotto tickets - so I kinda browsed for a few minutes. It was a lunch hour and took a look at they had at the warming station - hotdogs and the like. I never expected for these to look appealing. After all, they're just quick fixes for hunger pangs, but man... these looked really sad! There were only three, maybe four of them rolling on their warmers and they looked really old. So, that was a quick pass... The overall store is clean, I'll give it that, and the staff is quick. They handled that line pretty well. Gas prices are somewhat comparable, but being in this area, it is a tad bit pricey. I guess I should stick to just lotto tickets. read more

There are some very compassionate people who work at this location. Kirbet or Kirbret is the name of an employee who helped me during an emergency I was having. She went out her way when she really didn't have to. This was my first visit to this location and the compassion that was shown to me will never be forgotten. I never will review anybody, but Miguel the manager at this circle K location has a great deal to learn about costumer service. I stopped and filled up $125.00 in gas.... And my son and I went in to get a drink. I told my son he could have a 99 cent slurpee. At the front they tried to charged 1.39 and I said it came out of the 99 cent cup dispenser. Miguel the store manager and I walked back to the slurpee machine and my son and I showed him the cup came from a 99 cent sleeve of cups. ***Please see photo*** Miguel in his wisdom told me it was my mistake since the cup say medium, but was in a 99 cent slot (that his team placed) and I needed to pay 1.39 since my son should have noticed the cups in the wrong slot.... over the big 99 cent point of purchase advertising. To make it better, Miguel did not feel the mistake should be fixed for future customers and went back to the register leaving the cups in the wrong sleeve for future customers to experience the same issue. I find this type of handling of a situation poor. Miguel had an opportunity to fix the situation, honor the posted price and retain a customer. Instead he showed that he probably needs to be immediately replaced. And I have spent about $ 1000.00 in gas per month between my two cars at this location over the last 5 years. And we will not visit here again over Miguel's poor managerial skill set. read more

Joined the sip 'n save program for diet Coke each day. What a waste of time and money. The Polar Pop machine is always broken! Sometimes the ice doesn't work. Other times there's no carbonation. Occasionally, they're out of diet coke. But the worst situation is that the machine has just been broken for weeks at a time. It literally worked one day last week. The next day it was broken again. Kevin that this is a corporate and not even a franchise location, it's a really sad situation. The employees are friendly, but they probably can embarrassing that the machine is still not working. read more

New resident of El Segundo and coming from an area where you had a bunch of Mobil Gas stations and Circle K's at that, this was a pleasant welcome! Gas station is clean and reasonable. Circle K portion of it has the same amenities as the one we lived by in Whittier (i.e. night time alcohol cravings & the cheap tall can beers we were use to - they have here as well!) Yay! But no BS of Ghetto hood creatures seeping thru it as did the old hood...YAY! - I'm Sorry!!! I came from a not so good situation & area!!!! Gas is reasonable and it's an efficient station. Don't use your credit card at this gas station! I have had ID theft twice, immediately after getting gas at this gas station. The most recent one the thieves charged up to $600 total in a few days shortly after I pumped gas here. Not sure if the owner / management is aware of this situation. I come in everyday before work around 4am but I will never come back because of an employee being beyond rude. I normally get a large soft drink cup and put coffee in it and have them charge me the difference in the price. When I grabbed my cup today and filled it with ice the employee Prem came up to me and started getting upset with me about it. I then explained to him what I normally do. And he said in an aggressive tone that I am wrong and I can't do that. That if I want coffee I need to throw away my cup and get a regular coffee cup. I went to this location again this past Saturday 2/13/2021 at 10:20am. I went into the store to make a purchase and was again discriminated against for not wearing a face covering. I proceeded to let the cashier know that there is a Federal Law that prohibits me from concealing my identity. She insisted that the "City Ordinance" was above Federal Law and refused service to me. After she refused service to me, she also refused service to the person that was with me. What a rip off! I specifically bought two packages of Halls because of the advertised flyer on the shelf and I was charged the full price.

On 3/19, an employee Michael told me I could not use my Circle K gift card at this station. I told me I used it here before (on 1/29 to be exact) after someone trying out entering gift card number manually. Michael flat out denied that was even possible raising his voice. He went on to say he would get fired if he did. I asked him why I could not use a Circle-K gift card at a Circle-K station and what did I get for buying a Circle-K gift card. I answered back with more attitude and anger: "You can't use it here!" I called Circle-K gift card help line while Michael left the station. The help line representative told a female clerk (who is behind the counter) that the store has to call a hotline to fix their cashier and the card machine. I didn't know where Michael's attitude and anger came about. I merely asked a common sense question - why I can't use Company A gift card at a Company A's store? read more
