Awful!! A gentleman name Zahid that works here will not let you use the restroom even though I filled up my tank here. That is ridiculous. A girl cleaning the restroom was going to let me use the restroom. She didn't know why he's not letting customers use it. There's no posted signs that says restrooms are out of order. To the employee changing trash cans this afternoon - When someone tells you that they don't need help pumping their gas and to please leave them alone multiple times, please listen. I know it might be hard for you to believe but people actually know how to pump gas. Sometimes they even have this thing called a bladder tank, sweetie, which gives them a harder time pumping gas depending on the temperature. No need to physically move me out of the way with your body and pump the gas for me because watching me physically pains you to do so. Listening to someone say no and you know, actually respecting them and acknowledging that they said no and that they don't need your help isn't hard. No means no even if you're offering to pump someone's gas and in your mind that's the "nice thing to do" or it's your job to ask. LISTEN when someone says they know what they're doing and that they don't need your help, otherwise it's just weird and very Nice Guy. It's already stressful enough being a woman alone pumping gas, no need to make it harder. Would give them zero stars if I could. read more

If you need propane they won't get it because it's dark. Went at 630 on Monday evening and the lady clerk said she couldn't go outside because it's dark. They clerk looked around for a second after I asked for propane and decided, "nah I'm not gonna do my job today" and came up with this excuse. It seems like every time I go in to this store they don't want to do their jobs. Nothing posted saying propane cannot be sold after the sun goes down. I'm just gunna say this for ALL gas stations: if I look MY AGE, which is in my 40s, don't ask me to go out to my car to get my I.D so you can verify I'm old enough to buy a pack of cigarettes. I'm sorry, but if I'm covered in scars and tattoos with grey all through my beard and leather for a face and skin, you REALLY need to verify I'm of age? Chevron has the best gas and best gas station interiors. Their car washes generally suck though so go somewhere else for that.

Very disappointed with the car wash did not do a good job left a residue on my car not going back again

I come here often with a dollar in hand to get a coffee in my own mug. The day I checked in here the manager charged me $1.29. Not enough to even think about but when I stated "oh the price went up" he told me NO the employees are just not charging you enough. I said I've come here multiple times and he says,,, well should I back-charge you all those times? I will not be coming here for coffee because I won't support crappy establishments. read more

Been a customer of chevron since my first engine rebuilt in 9th grade. Simple reason...the bathrooms were always top notch. No matter what your reason is for boycotting a business, I stand behind one; humanity. If a human being can't use a restroom at the business they feed, for the only perk they love, then that funding for that bathroom will go elsewhere. This is the 27th time I show up on weekdays in work clothes and get denied a restroom then come back changed and it's the same attendant offering tobbuzz me in. If I could leave 0 starts I would . I was in the station on 1-50-18 at 5:30 PM and, and I just witnessed the worst customer service I've ever seen. The cashiers name was Angie there was about six people in line and every single person she was rude to and talking back to, the first lady in line she wanted to get lotto tickets and scratchers and I guess they change their cash register system recently and they couldn't except debit or credit cards and she told the lady "what part of cash only don't you understand "even though there's an ATM machine in the store but she could direct the lady to, So no sale .then the next guy want to buy gas and cashback she tells him we don't give cashback once again she does explain why it doesn't say there's an ATM machine in the corner, then when it's my turn I don't know about no charge card or debit card for lotto tickets apparently there's a small sign on the counter that you can barely even see and I just got gas instead and she hands me my receipt, and I'm in a hurry so I grabbed it and pulled it out of her hand she says you don't have to rip it out of my hands !! what the heck !!' While this is going on ,a guy wanted to use the bathroom, you need to get buzzed in, she says wait in line to use the bathroom which is out side !! What the heck !! read more

Been going to this Chevron for 15+ yrs and can't say much about it other than the gas prices are fair and they have the best car wash. I've moved quite a distance but still come back to this Chevron even though I have one next to me that I can practically walk to because I like their car wash so much. Tonight I came in to redeem a car wash card for a free wash. The gal said to me that the car wash was down. I proceeded to tell her that there was someone using it at the moment. Her reply, "No it's down and it'll be down for a few days." I had to go back to get a receipt since the machine would not dispense one and as she was helping someone she looks at me while I'm in line a bit irritated and asks me "What did you need?" She really threw me off, she was so rude. First of all, help your customer in front of you. So again I asked her while she was printing my receipt if she was sure it was down since I saw a car passing through again (not noticing it was the same car, my bad) and she replied that it was "being worked on".... and then added as I walked off, in a semi rude and irritated tone in a manner written all over her face, "I know what's going on with the car wash, thanks." So not necessary. Especially when she could've given me the explanation the first time I came in when I mentioned someone passing through the wash. I'm not a person to write up bad reviews, mostly praise. But this gal was exceptional, truly lacking customer service skills and took my question way to personally. I've been in retail for two decades and a lot of that management in customer service in a retail bank environment with much higher volumes dealing with not only money, but with livelihoods, which a gas station pales in comparison. So I'm not remarking on what I do not know. Train your employees to know how to communicate effectively and to know when to speak and how to speak only when appropriate. read more
