You charged me more than the quote for the oil cover. I had to ask the parts department about the price difference. I did NOT tell the service team to put on the oil cap since you charge me for labor. I had a coupon for a $79 oil change so I don't understand for thr additional charges. As I was leaving I asked for my keys from a staff member twice who asked the checkout guy to give me my keys. Instead he walked away and didn't come back so waited almost 15 minutes before another staff member came out and found them. I was treated terribly by the staff except for the parts staff members.

1 star is a lot for them. Took my 2024 Chevy Corvette to service for oil leak and engine issues. After over 2 months of them doing "tests" no outcome. Everytime I call they say next week next week and nothing was done. Went in on Friday and saw my car just sitting there outside in the lot, collecting dust. How are they doing tests when its sitting outside?? Finally told them to just release the car to me and I will take it to another location. I pickup the car and its dirty with bird poop everywhereee and even inside on my interior. Horrible horrible service advisor Pete and his manager.

They don't pressure you and they don't use fear to make a sale, they let me know I had a good month to a month and a half left for my rear brakes so I could have time to budget versus trying to get me to replace them same day. The last couple times I came in were completely last minute with a flat tire, and even though the shop was packed, they still got me in and fixed my tire within a couple hours. I noticed the team stay past closing to make sure every customer was taken care of. You just don't see that level of attention and customer service much these days. Some great people here man, highly recommended!

Joe is honest, does quality work, communicates well, and saved me so much money. I was having…read moreproblems with my 2006 Lexus GS300 and long story short...simply amazing service! I requested a brake inspection, which was really quick, turned out I had to get my rear brakes changed. They offered to do it the same day for a very reasonable price and less than 3 hours later, my car was ready. Joe has worked on my car for small items like brakes and oil changes all the way up to getting some check engine light issues fixed. Pricing is always great. Brought my car here for a diagnostic thinking the issue was one thing only to find out "no, you don't need that," and saved me a bunch of money I would have likely spent elsewhere. He didn't push me to fix anything that didn't need fixing and pointed out a few things that were old that I might want replaced so I just took all his suggestions because it's a very old car and it needed some extra care. All the five star reviews are well deserved!! Highly recommended.

I went in for transmission fluid change earlier in February in my Toyota Camry 2018. I bought OEM Toyota transmission fluid and asked Joe to help do drain and fill.The drain and fill was completed. After that there was a rough driving issues started. I went back to show my car to joe and he drove the car he told me he don't see any issues. I wanted him to check transmission fluid port on if there is low transmission fluid he didn't agree and told me I might be overthinking. I went to different mechanic in April and he checked. I paid $100 to reopen the port for transmission fluid and what we saw was no fluid came out from the primary port. He added 0.5 quarters left. The issues I have had for rough idle and need to have higher RPM on slope went away completely.According to him you have to keep the car running when you drain the fluid and you need to have it at the right temperature he said the drain and fill wasn't done correctly that's why there was still room for fluid. The viscosity of the fluid makes a difference in how much you can fill and drain. He double checked for leakage and there were no leaks either. When I went to joe and asked about don't you have to keep car warm to see if temperature is right? He said you only do it when there is a leak. I don't think Joe knew enough about mechanics of New car. I wasn't overthinking when I went to ask Joe for help and asked to recheck the transmission fluid. I paid $260 for labor only( $160 to Joe and $100 to another mechanic) for same job. It's really absurd. Overall this could have damaged my transmission. I think for future the customer advise should be taken seriously. I know my car well so I know when it's not acting good. I have been driving it from 10 years.
