Audy and his team took immense pride in making sure this job was done in a reasonable time and explaining all the things that were changing with the new setup. This is my second experience with this company and I appreciate how Audy runs the team. My father didn't realize what a difference it would make getting AC in the house I grew up in when there was no AC unit. I don't have to worry that the house will get too hot for him during these Colorado heat waves. This team went above and beyond and I hope it continues on for future customers.

Later on when i turned it on i realized they had installed it backwards and the supply and returns were all reversed. They were out the next day had the whole thing removed and reinstalled correctly in about 6 hours. I think this is a good company because they are fast to respond to issues and fix their mistakes. All contractors make mistakes and the good ones are the ones who fix them with minimal headaches to the customer.

Vertical Heating and Cooling contacted me, via text message, saying they had received the assignment. I never heard from Vertical Heating and Cooling again. I texted Vertical Heating and Cooling and left several phone messages with no response. We could not use our dishwasher, dispoal or kitchen sink while waiting for Vertical Heating and Cooling to schedule our service. I don't know if Vertical Heating and Cooling could have completed the repairs I needed, but communication and timely customer service were not provided by Vertical Heating and Cooling. I would never recommend a company like Vertical Heating and Cooling that has no regard for customer service.

I posted a request for a service recommendation on Next Door and Cynthia from Aire Serv of the Front Range quickly responded with availability to come out to our house. Ben from Aire Serv came out within a couple hours and quickly diagnosed the issue. He went through the basics of how the unit works and what was causing the problem. Our HVAC unit hadn't been cleaned in a few years and that was causing the burners to not ignite. Ben gave me a proposal for a thorough cleaning on the spot and upon my approval got to work. Two hours later, our HVAC was back to working like a champ. Ben also gave me photos of the before and after of the cleaning. Great, thorough service and I am most grateful to Aire Serv.

Cesar is the real deal!…read more After our dryer stopped working efficiently, and I had an appliance repair company look at it, we were quoted $320 by them to clean only the dryer duct. This seemed so high to solely clear the dryer duct. I put in a project request for a whole house duct clean and Cesar responded SO FAST. He gave me a reasonable quote for the whole house including the dryer duct. 5 stars for communication throughout the whole process, from quick Yelp responses to letting me know he was on his way this morning, and for showing me photos and videos of before and after of the ducts, and just for an all around professional in-person experience. During the initial tour I asked if he also cleaned the fans in the laundry and bathrooms and he said that's not typically a part of the service, but he was happy to take a look and give them some compressed air. The before and after pics of the laundry room fan were NO JOKE. He said we might have saved that motor and I believe it. It always feels strange having a stranger move throughout the whole house, but Cesar was incredibly professional, immediately wore booties upon entering the house without me even asking, and was so gracious when we asked him to step outside a couple of times so we could move our unfriendly dog to a different floor as he moved through the space. The best part... the dryer is working flawlessly now! Hooray! I would not hesitate to recommend or hire Cesar again for any duct or HVAC needs.
