It's a little heavier on the sauce side which is thick, a little acidic with a sweet/spicy bite to it. I would have liked a bit more cheese to even out the cheese/sauce ratio. For $15 a pizza, I thought it was a good value, they do sell by the slice at $3. I will definitely stop in again to try their other offerings. The money was already taken from my bank account, and I was left without food.I also tried contacting the restaurant directly by phone, but couldn't reach a real person just an automated system that only directed me back to online ordering through Uber Eats or other third-party apps, with no way to actually speak to someone.When I contacted Uber customer support, the representative (Stephanie) told me:"Stores will sometimes do this when they're too busy to give all orders high quality service. Rest assured the refund will reflect to your account within 3-5 business days." I also want to note that I wasn't even given an option for Uber Cash, account credit, or an expedited refund, even though I explained I had no food for the night and very limited money left in my account. I had no way to reorder or recover the situation in the moment.I understand businesses get busy, but there should be better communication. Customers shouldn't be charged, left waiting for hours, and then canceled on at the last minute with no notice or immediate resolution. All I ended up with for a meal today was disappointment.
