I called to schedule a new patient appointment and could have been seen the same week had my schedule permitted. However, I had to schedule for two weeks out. Then, the day before my appointment, I had to reschedule but was able to get in the next week - none of this waiting for a new appointment for weeks or months I've experienced at other medical offices in the area. Dr. Puckett recently moved into a new office on N. Highland, which was very easy to find and pleasantly decorated. While there I interacted with the woman working the front desk as well as the nurse, and both could not have been more friendly or professional. I only waited about 5 minutes before being called back. I really connected with Dr. Puckett. She is friendly, engaging, attentive and was very skilled at explaining complicated medical terms and conditions in a manner a layperson could understand. She took time to get to know me, and never once did I feel as if she was rushing me through the appointment. I have definitely found a doctor for life... or as long as my insurance plan will let me see her!

I am now going to a new Ob/Gyn in Nashville who I actually did an ultrasound with and was told I have adenomyosis. Ladies, from the bottom of my heart, if you aren't feeling good and are having an indescribable amount of pain and aren't getting the care and attention you need, PLEASE seek other opinions.
