Dr. Cooke spoke with me about my lab results in a sincere, unhurried manner. We discussed my medical history, and he genuinely seemed to care. Dr. Cooke is a credit to his profession. Their system constantly glitches and does not save the "pre registration" and I have to do it again at the office. This is not a simple registration. It is several screens and prompts. At the end of my pre -registration they bombard you with SALES ADS - trying to push medications - telling the patient to ask their doctor about the advertised medications to see if you could take them. That is extremely unprofessional. It is my doctor's job to be educated regarding the best protocol for the patient. I do not believe that we should be swayed by a pretty pharmaceutical ad to ask our doctors for medicine. I am considering changing doctors just because of this process. I feel they have sold out to big pharma.

He was super rude, acted like he didn't care and told me that I was out of options for my fibromyalgia pain. He even used the word perception as if my pain was not real. During consultation he hardly spent 5 minutes and left. I wouldn't recommend seeing this PA if you are someone who suffers from fibromyalgia. In fact i wouldn't recommend him at all. So much was done and said and I cannot communicate the physical pain as well as verbal. The day that I was discharged I told the social worker about the terrible way I was treated. All I know the group were from another country, they twisted my arm, I observed one of the gang taking a recording of me on there cell phone. I had/have several bones broken in my foot. I was given a wheel chair and told by my Vanderbuilt Doctor to not put any weight on my foot. I was moved to a much smaller unit. This where I met the Nigerian Night Crew. They snatched my wheel chair from me and took it away. They were laughing and told me my foot was not hurt. I was threatened if I contacted the police, I would be sorry. This is just the tip of the iceberg . I did file a police report in Murfreesboro. I am sure it was never addressed. I was worse when I left than I was when I was admitted. ******************************* Please do not go there! It was nasty. Too much to tell like this, I hope this saves someone from going there. The wait wasn't too bad considering how busy they were. My only issue was I got their name off the Care Credit website as a provider who accepts this payment only to find when I got there that they don't accept it anymore. Not sure if it's their fault for not notifying Care Credit to remove them or if they did notify and Care Credit just hadn't removed them yet. Overall a good experience and if I need urgent care again I would probably use them again even though they aren't the closest to me. Would possibly even consider going to them for primary care if they provided it.
