Dr Studdard is great, his office, no. For six month follow up, was told I was sent home with paperwork for blood test labs. Went home found the information I was sent home with. It clearly states" call the office before appt to have paperwork for labs faxed". So I did not have paperwork. Called back, they were sending info to Lab, but could not accurately tell me WHICH lab?? Finally I search and find a the Path lab. Call lab, have't heard of me of Dr Studdard's office. Call Dr Studdard's office, it is in the "system". I leave work and go to lab. Still no information on system. Call Dr's office they assure me the info was sent. I have canceled my appointment, I have no faith in their system working. Oh and if I need my records, I have to drive 1 1/2 hours to pick them up. Thanks a lot! read more

My nephrologist is Dr. Christin Giordano. In the 33 years I have been on this earth , I have never came in contact with a Dr who has cared so much about my health and condition. She listens to any concern and takes plenty of time to discuss any questions that I may have and I have never not once being in her care ever felt rushed or dismissed. She has most definately gone above and beyond with my care and assisted with things I have never had a doctor care about. I absolutely could not have made it this far in my medical journey without her being my biggest and best advocate. Front desk and back office staff was very friendly. However Dr. Karam wasn't thorough with explaining test results or just the basics with you. I had to ask him what my results were, even though my kidney were normal it's like he withheld that information to made it sound like it was way worse. I didn't like it that he never sits down at an eye level with you. He just stood over you and always types and questions you at a level as if you're a doctor yourself. He wants to do all these testing but doesn't tell you that it can be out of your own pockets. What doesn't make sense is that the tests are done in their office. He wants to schedule you for tests within his own timing not caring about your work schedule or other appointments. Stating that his is priority. Billing sent me the same bill I had already paid at the time I had my appointment. You have to pay using an electronic device as you check in but the charges weren't explained, it just shows you how much you owed with the doctor's name on it. read more

Great experience so far with this practice. I see Dr. Green and she seems to be really thorough and cares about her patients. Wait times aren't bad and I like that they have you come in before your visit for labs so that you can discuss your results at your office visit. The lab draws are always quick and the techs are great. Front office staff is also very good and cheerful. No complaints here! read more
