In doing so, she inadvertently kicked my family (including my wife and my elderly in-laws) to the curb. While I understand that she is entitled to run her business as she sees fit, I must express my dissatisfaction with the situation. When we sought a referral to another healthcare provider, her staff's rudeness was disheartening. They informed us that no referrals were available. Considering the doctor-patient relationship, I had hoped for more consideration and care during this transition. Unfortunately, this move feels more like a money grab; as a result, my family is left in the lurch.
