Dr. Saysoukha is literal in being present for her patients, and showing authentic concern for the well-being of them. She doesn't inflate a situation, but tells you exactly what you need or do not need. From firsthand experience, I can say that you don't find many doctors as invested in your wellness as her. It was particularly nice that she explained everything in a simplified language that made me clearly understand what I needed for my care. As someone who isn't in the medical field, obviously, this basic understanding what needed! As far as the facility itself, it's clean, sterilized well and you can smell the cleanliness. With it being a foot and ankle surgeries clinic, you never know what may come across your nostrils. It is not often you hear me say that because I absolutely hate the doctor like the plague. The front desk was super nice. She checked in me and I didn't have to wait very long to get seen. Dr. Saysoukha was very informative and thorough with making sure I understood everything that was going on with my foot. I had an injury recently from working out and it has been giving me a lot of issues. After visiting her, I felt a sense of security and a better understanding of what I needed to do for my wellness. It is going to take some time to get where we want me to be, but with time, it will be achieved. It is very obvious that Dr. Saysoukha is passionate about her line of work and cares about her patients. I haven't had such a great experience like this in a long while hence why I felt the need to drop a review. An easy procedure I thought. Nope! It required full surgery. Dr. Williams did an incredible job and 2 weeks later, my surgery area is healing great. I'm impression of Dr. Williams is that he is #1 very knowledgeable and through conversation, he continues to educate himself. #2 he is a really nice and caring guy. He truly cares about his patients. He has a service attitude and wants to be of service to his clients. I really appreciate that. #3 he knows his patients. He recalled conversations that we had weeks ago. A skill many people have not developed. I could go on about what a wonderful person and doctor he is, but it would take you an hour to read it. His Staff are all so nice and genuine. He definitely hired people who share his love for giving service and care to the patient. I also love that I have never arrived for an appointment and had to sit there for 30 minutes or an hour to be seen. Appointment times were always fast. I visited this office due to a very painful "corn" between my toes. The attendant (I don't even…read moreknow if I saw a podiatrist) scaped around on the area and called it a day, selling me pad to put in between my toes. Charging me $10 for those (insurance doesn't cover) and telling me I could get them cheaper at the drug store. NOTHING ELSE. If you saw the bill you would have thought they performed an amputation. I visited the drug store alright and bought a liquid for corn remover recommended by the pharmacist which took about a week to remove the offending bump. Less than $20. Wish I had known of such stuff because after the visit the offending calls started coming in for foot paraphernalia and such - they sold my information. Then when my co-pay bill came, they charge a 3 percent fee for using a credit card. One of the biggest mistakes I have made in seeing a specialist. One star isn't good enough. Good Luck.
