From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, clean, and genuinely calming. You can tell right away that they care about their patients, not just getting people in and out the door. The chiropractor took the time to actually listen to what I was dealing with instead of rushing through an appointment. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt confused or pressured. That alone is rare. After just a few visits, I noticed a real difference less pain, better movement, and honestly just feeling more like myself again. It's not just about adjustments here, it's about overall wellness and making sure you leave feeling better than when you came in. If you're dealing with pain, tension, or just want to take better care of your body, I highly recommend giving them a chance. You won't regret it. I now only see Dr. Key Exclusively and I take My Mother here after her devastating accident and She absolutely Loves This Practice! I've seen many of chiropractors but I had lost faith and moved on to acupuncture and other therapys but I drive by this place everyday on my way to work and I figured I give it a go. Thank god I did! I got my life back and I am able to move better than I had before and play outside with my children like I once could in my twenties! Thank you to everyone here for their hard work and dedication

The care I've received has made a huge difference in how I feel day to day. With regular visits, I'm able to keep my symptoms under control and stay pain-free. Much education is offered to address the common health issues people have and why. They won't just do a quick "fix," alleviate your pain and send you on your way, but rather work hard to get your spine in line so that the common chronic health conditions so many Americans face aren't a thing for you. The WHOLE person is treated, and it's hard to leave without a smile on your face because the staff is all so cheery and kind as well. I've recommended Rock Springs Family Chiropractic to so many people, and I've been to many chiropractors over my years. I can say that most don't offer this level of quality care and compassion.

One really cool thing that they have in addition to the high/low table was the foot leveler. The foot leveler tracks where you are losing your arch support. I woke up Friday morning and decided I was going to do something about it. I started on Google about 9:15am and by 10:30 I was in Mr. Allen's office and getting treated. It couldn't have been easier. They got me right in, took care of everything and I left with almost zero pain and was 100% by end of the day. He also sent me on my way with digital images of my spinal X-Rays and suggested I check in with a Chiro back here in my home town to keep an eye on a couple concerns. TOP NOTCH! The Movement Chiropractic & Manual Medicine is the absolute best! I have been to many chiropractors…read morethroughout my life and Drs. Davis and Treadway (husband & wife) put the rest to shame. I absolutely LOVE that Dr. Treadway does soft tissue work in addition to chiropractic adjustments, because it often so needed. They also offer cupping, dry needling, and other services that l'm sure l'm completely unaware of. They accept insurance too, which often makes them much more affordable than most other chiropractors. I have Tourette Syndrome, which makes me a complex and easily injured patient, and unlike multiple other chiropractors, Dr. Treadway has never ONCE mentioned that I need to stop doing my tics or guilted me for doing them, which I SOOO appreciate because it would absolutely crush my spirit and make me feel so so discouraged. I actually thanked her for that at my most recent appointment and she said something like "Why would I make you feel bad or tell you to stop doing something that you have literally no control over?" She is truly so patient and incredible. Location-wise, they aren't the closest chiropractors to my house (I live south of Franklin and they are in North Franklin), but if necessary, l'd drive even farther to be adjusted by Dr. Treadway because of how much better I feel after her adjustments by her. Highly highly recommended! I also take my elementary aged child who can be a handful and Dr. Treadway is so patient with my child a gives my child such thorough adjustments. My child really likes going to see her. I should also mention that my husband gets adjusted by Dr. Davis and is very pleased with Dr. Davis' adjustments. The 7:00am appointments they offer are very convenient for him because he works close-by in Cool Springs and is able to get adjusted before work. Lastly, I wanted to mention that we would still go to Drs. Davis and Treadway if they didn't accept insurance because they are so exceptional. The fact that they do is just the icing on the cake.
