Very impersonal business model. Some of the chiropractors there are ok, but you see right away it is not a place for your healing, but a place for taking your money. I signed up for a 6 month package. After it had ended I came back a couple months later to sign up for a new one to discover I had been rolled into a monthly subscription I had been paying for and was never aware of. I didn't want a refund, just credit but "Dr." Jason Jared who owns the regional franchises replied "The specifics of that plan were detailed in the agreement that you signed" ie. the small print got you sucker! First and foremost I would like to say that their are only two "Chiropractors" at this location that I think actually went to get the degree. The "Chiropractors" did a good job at popping what they needed to. But unfortunately, the receptionist had completely rude and unprofessional behavior towards me and my father over three PAID for sessions that I was not allowed to use because they don't carry forward into the next month. $79 dollars WASTED because this little black 19 year girl with a snot catcher in her nose failed to do her job and to do the right thing. I recently got an adjustment from Dr.Farris on 10/12/2023. It was the worst experience I've had yet. She came off as a person who didn't care and wanted to get me in and out. The paper work took longer than her adjustment. Maybe she had a bad day but it showed. Her adjustment was pure crap as if she was too scared to adjust me or was doing it just for me to come back to get adjusted by having me sign up for a membership(very snake oil sales person like) or just didn't care. She was by far the worst chiropractor I've had in my life.The neck pain I went in there with was worst when I left. I left the office feeling pressured and uncertain about the value of the services I had received. Don't get me wrong, she's very knowledgeable and will tell you everything about it but her adjustments says otherwise. So for the managers reading this and getting ready to say that providing full relief is rarely accomplished over a short period of time, just like one visit to the gym never makes a person physically fit. It is dependent on the severity of your condition and your personal goals for relief is BS so you can save that speech because of bad reviews google forced you to reply and trying to make it seem like you care for your customers. If you truly care about your customers, get better Chiropractors who cares and performs. I got Dr. Joseph McLeighton to adjust me the very next day in Smyrna and every single time I got adjusted by him, I leave out of that place in relief of pain. Neck pain, instantly gone with his adjustment. Customers who reads reviews, go find and follow Dr. Joesph McLeighton for your adjustment. Dr. Matt was the best adjuster. Being a postal worker, there were days coming in to him that I could barely walk or stand up straight. By the time he was done with me, it was almost like he had healing hands! He was the best. Sorry to hear he is no longer there. I have Been a sceptic for years and I have had the worst pains in my back. I have been to physical therapy many many many times. I even have had a permanent tense unit out in my back. My daughter hurt her back and came here the first day and walked out so much better. Me the sceptic has to check it all out. Well I was wrong this place does amazing things for my back hips and neck. I sleep better I walk better and feel better. Totally totally would recommend this place a thousand times over. read more

Great place to go for just an adjustment. Office is located on a strip mall with easy access to parking. The office decor is modern and very clean. Receptionist is always helpful and pleasant. Longest I waited for an adjustment was 10 min. They do have some new chiropractors that are still learning their trade. But you still get a decent adjustment with the newbies. Dr. Ryan and Dr. Paisley are by far the best adjusters in this practice. If your needing a more comprehensive chiropractic Adjustment with modality treatments you need to go to another chiropractic office that offers those treatments. Meantime, pop in get adjusted and move freely about the cabin afterwards. read more

After being a patient for over a year, I had one treatment last July that caused a neck injury (whiplash) from an aggressive neck adjustment. I immediately knew something was wrong and I spent the next day in great pain and felt sick to my stomach. It has been 9 months and I am still in a great deal of daily pain. It took months for anyone from the company to talk to me despite almost daily attempts to email and call the company. I filed a complaint immediately after the incident and I never heard back. I did finally receive a few months complimentary treatment - but the treatment that caused the injury didn't heal the injury and even this benefit was canceled. I was finally told who the attorney was and to ask for help - I asked for reimbursement for physical therapy and additional therapy help and was denied 100% and I was told the complimentary treatment was enough. It wasn't anything that helped me and I cried in front of the chiropractor from the constant pain in my neck. However, the few months of treatment was an admission that something did go wrong. The attorney later came back to me and told me I needed to file a complaint against the chiropractor (this was news after months of asking) only to discover that chiropractor was no longer in the state (I am sure they were aware). I know there are some excellent chiropractors there and they do help many. It is not their fault. Accidents happen and they need to take responsibility for mistakes as they happen as we all do. However, I am deeply disappointed in the lack of moral and medical responsibility of this business model and those that manage the company. Buyer beware. I went to The Joint for healing and health and I have been left with injury and nothing but frustration. read more

Unfortunately, this company will pick and choose who they offer deals to. I was informed that I would have to pay full price to come back the day after I had my first visit with them. When I came in to ask if there was anything that could be worked out with my first payment going towards a monthly membership, I was told no. Meanwhile I hear a customer being offered their first visit free if they sign up for a membership. That offer was never made to me. When the chiropractor tried to ask corporate if they could rectify this matter, their answer was no. This is very disappointing and discriminatory. As a person who would enjoy being able to consistently go to the chiropractor, they literally just turned down repeat business. That seems counterproductive to any business goal. read more
