From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, clean, and genuinely calming. You can tell right away that they care about their patients, not just getting people in and out the door. The chiropractor took the time to actually listen to what I was dealing with instead of rushing through an appointment. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt confused or pressured. That alone is rare. After just a few visits, I noticed a real difference less pain, better movement, and honestly just feeling more like myself again. It's not just about adjustments here, it's about overall wellness and making sure you leave feeling better than when you came in. If you're dealing with pain, tension, or just want to take better care of your body, I highly recommend giving them a chance. You won't regret it. This business "rubbed me the wrong way". I purchased a Groupon that was to include an exam,…read morex-rays, diagnosis, and a deep tissue massage. When I called to schedule the appointment, they required an immediate redemption of the coupon instead of redeeming at the time of service,. I was advised all three services had to be at different visits. I was able to negotiate the "diagnosis" and deep tissue massage both in one visit; however, they made it seem like this was a terrible inconvenience. When I arrived for the first appointment, the greeting was " I'll need to have your insurance card". I refused to provide, because I was there primarily for the deep tissue massage and my insurance doesn't cover that. The office team had a major discussion about what to do with that response and relented, though, the next obstacle was completing their six pages of intake forms. The forms were clearly for people that had chiropractic needs. I had never been to a chiropractor before, and, have never had back or neck pain, so this was another annoyance.. I completed the forms To indicate I had no pain. I'm not sure what a chiropractic exam looks like, But, I don't think I got one.Dr. Quinn; however, was able to interpret by the x-rays that I'm very close to requiring surgery and had the top five worst spines he's ever seen. Bones were almost fused together, my fingers and hands should've been numb, major arthritis and traumatic injuries were revealed from his perspective. I've been very blessed to never have any symptoms while being such a mess. He estimated it would take about 42 months of weekly visits to stop the progression. When I asked for copies of the x-rays or if I could just take a picture of them, he refused and said I must pay for those. Also, he refused to write down anything he was saying because, that would take an hour and a half to devise a "treatment plan". Silly me, I thought the Groupon included exam, x-rays, diagnosis, and deep tissue massage. Apparently, he feels the payment is for him to keep the x-rays and diagnosis to himself. The deep tissue massage was good quality. Dr. Quinn may be very competent, but, I wouldn't entrust him with my healthcare based on his greed, and scare tactics. He would be well served to encourage his patients that have such significant findings requiring extensive treatment, to get a second opinion. Probably, even from an orthopedic doctor that specializes in spines, etc. Instead, he was arrogant.

Needles to say, I've done the Tour de Chiropractor around the Middle Tennessee area. It was cyclical in nature, becoming a new patient over and over again. Insurance would only allow a dozen or so visits and I'd eventually stop going for the year to save money. Before you knew it, I'd stopped going altogether until eventually giving into the pain and finding another chiropractor. Moving frequently, I'd find one close by, only to inevitably repeat the pattern and stop seeing them. The chiropractic rolodex finally stopped with Peak Performance. My wife suffered from jaw pain and started seeing them regularly. They completely cured her issues, so much so that she doesn't even have to see them anymore! I guess the best medical professionals drive their patients away, huh? She recommended I start going. Working in Nashville, even living in Brentwood, it was a lengthy drive down to that part of Franklin and I was hesitant. COMPLETELY WORTH IT! Now, I will never use another chiropractor, a lifelong sworn allegiance to Jeff and Carolyn, the charming couple who is DARN good at what they do. My issues require permanent visits, so I'm their patient forever! The needling and massaging completely relieves the jaw pain and headaches, the adjustments make the back and neck feel normal again, and even this tired, injury-ridden body can actually feel normal again after a visit. Trust me, I've tried every chiropractor in town. These are the best!

I will continue to come in for adjustments! Thanks a lot, Jeff!
