I went to the office to request a neck and the doctor mini a lot more money than I expected and had to really scrape it I wanted the surgery so I agreed. The surgery itself went fine afterwards it took about a week longer than I was expecting to get back to work. My main complaint is that after spending all that money and going through all the agony of recovery I got zero results. My neck looks exactly the same as it did before the surgery very disappointing. I would not recommend. Although Dr. Sullivan Offered me spa memberships to try to compensate, I decided to waive that because of my lack of trust. No other options were provided to me when I had the neck surgery other than a mini facelift which did not work. If you want a neck lift go elsewhere.

From the moment I entered the premises, I was welcomed with warm smiles and open arms, this is not always the case as a student in a new environment. The office is immaculate and the staff is well trained and very capable. Dr. Ambro has an unparalleled bedside manner with his patients and it is evident that he is adored and revered by his peers, staff, and patients alike. His attention to detail is uncanny. Dr. Ambro brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table that is equally matched by humility and character. He makes each patient feel as though he/she is his ONLY patient and is attentive to concerns and questions. He anticipates patient's apprehensions and is well prepared for discussions. His pre-operative and post-operative instructions are well outlined and are among the most thorough I have seen throughout my education and career. He is truly a jack-of-all-trades and a MASTER of them all. He is your "go-to" for everything above the clavicles and offers a multitude of non-surgical rejuvenation treatments including, but not limited to laser services, fillers, and Botox with dramatic, yet natural results. Dr. Chappell is an integral part of the team and focuses on breast augmentation and reconstruction, as well as, body contouring and minimally invasive body sculpting among other procedures. As a student observing many consults and interactions with patients, I was very impressed with Dr. Chappell's ability to navigate sensitive subjects. He spends adequate time with each patient addressing each unique concern and makes a stressful experience a very pleasurable one. It is not always easy to converse about ones "defects", yet he does so gracefully and with humility. Dr. Chappell is very amicable and went out of his way to welcome me and make me feel as though I was part of the team. I have met students with whom he has worked and my experience was echoed. On a final note, I was very impressed with Dr. Chappell's drive to learn new information. His desk was filled with articles, journals, and notes about new procedures and new developments in his field of medicine. He is well informed and stays ahead of the times. He will not disappoint! Dr. Charles Ruland, M.D., of Anne Arundel Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), successfully performed…read moreshoulder surgery on me two years ago. The results exceed my most ambitious expectations. My surgically repaired shoulder is completely pain free and has more strength and mobility than the other shoulder. My repair dealt with an accumulation of injuries beginning many years ago involving a complete tear of rotator cuff muscle, large tears in the bicep and subscapularis, a stretched out tendon over the shoulder, bone spurs, and arthiritis. As a senior citizen, there was a significant likelihood the results would be a total failure, and the best expected outcome was a 90% recovery of strength and mobility. I am thrilled my results exceed the best expected outcome. Dr. Ruland took such care in the performance of the surgery that I ascribe it to being above and beyond the call of duty. I dedicated myself to the rehad and felt the AAOS rehab professionals were equally dedicated to my recovery and were very skilled. I have returned to activities that I was required to abandon prior to the surgery. It's not possible for me to describe the enjoyment in my new found health. Nearly every day I think about the simple pleasure of having my shoulders level instead of having one drooping. Being pain free is amazing. Returning to activities I enjoy including playing with my grandson is a thrill. The ability to perform strenuous activities without asking for help is very satisfying. Dr. Charles Ruland was recommended to me by my Doctor. Those of us who have had shoulder surgery like to compare notes. From those discussions I know Dr. Charles Ruland is highly admired. My results fit Dr. Ruland's reputation.
