I'm guessing the bad reviews come from people who have not dealt well with changes in medicine nor in changes in how things are done in an office setting in the last 5 years. They are all young here, energetic and newly trained in the best practices of current medicine. They are eager to be the best for their clients. They've helped me with a nuisance rash and surgical removal of cyst. I was 100% satisfied with 3 visits. I will be back in '26 to do a full body check. My partner is in the process of making a new patient appt. Friends have asked about Dr Neidig and I have recommended him.

I input my info into a tablet and was called back after waiting maybe 15-20 mins. Beatrice brought me back to my exam room and asked for specific reasons for my visit. Wait times for visits exceeding 2 hours.  On more than one occasion I…read morehad to leave without being seen due to the excessive wait and my other obligations/appointments.  At my last visit I was actually seen by Dr. James.  While in the process of providing the above feedback when she asked how it was going, she cut me off mid sentence stating "hold on, I didn't go to medical school for this".  She then brought the office manager into the room who, along with the medical assistant, had to bear witness to her tantrum.   At one point I thought that perhaps she realized her behavior  because she softened her tone and admitted that the practice needed to greatly improve in the customer service area of patient care but she then doubled down and again repeated "I didn't go to a top rated medical school for this".  To say I was appalled is an understatement.  Practicing medicine involves way more than prescribing medications; perhaps Dr. James was absent during that lecture while attending her "top rated medical school".  While it's lovely that Dr. James is so impressed with herself and her accomplishments but  that type of grandstanding is best served in her staff meetings or during her daily affirmations in the bathroom mirror, NOT to a patient who is there to seek medical care.  Patients go to providers to seek help for their medical conditions which is often a very stressful and vulnerable time.  Patients do not deserve to be subjected to such disrespectful and boorish behavior ESPECIALLY when the disorganization and inattentiveness is a direct result of that provider's poor business model.  Along with fixing her lofty attitude Dr. James may want to instruct the support staff to inform patients when they are making appointments that wait times often will exceed 90 minutes. It's called managing expectations so that the patients can plan accordingly or decide if the practice is the right fit for them.  As for the office staff: The receptionists, medical assistants and most importantly the office manager were beyond amazing.  Unfortunately that does not compensate for the disgusting behaviour of Robyn James, MD.

I've…read morebeen seen by her on two separate occasions, both of which she was professional, informative, and treated me with care and respect. She tells you exactly what she's doing and what she's looking for while examining your skin (both of my visits were for skin cancer evaluations). I've been to one other dermatologist in the past who did not make me feel even has as comfortable as Dr. Gwynn does so she has made a lifetime patient out of me. The only non-superior part of my visits has been her staff. Front desk ladies (specificity Dr. Gwynn's receptionist) are not the most pleasant, and are a bit difficult to understand on the phone. The in-room assistants have been less than professional with the glaring and lack of knowledgeable responses to patient questions. That being said, these people are not so terrible that I wouldn't return to see Dr. Gwynn.

The website was easy to use to request an appointment, and I was contacted quickly by the office to schedule an appointment. Kelsey was such a sweetheart greeting me when I checked in and helping to do the initial tests when I arrived. Dr. Simoncini was so kind and informative, explaining everything every step of the appointment. He was very encouraging during the exam, and I learned a lot about my eyes that I had never had explained before (what is an Astigmatism, why are "floaters" called that and why do they exist?). Then Patty was wonderful in helping me pick out new glasses. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone for their eyecare needs!

I used to like Dr. Buckley well enough, but in the past year or two, the quality of my visits with…read moreher have declined dramatically. She seems rushed and is very dismissive. Without fail, I leave appointments feeling dissatisfied with the interaction and/or outcome. I am no longer confident that her full-body skin checks are thorough. Most recently, I went to see her after experiencing horrific rashes all over my body. She very quickly hand waved it away as "contact dermatitis" and prescribed a large container of steroid cream. However, the rashes were showing up symmetrically on my body, which is indicative of something systemic. I have several autoimmune conditions, which was another big clue. I was miserable and the steroid cream was not helping. I went to get a second opinion, and the doctor immediately recognized that I had a rare form of Celiac disease that affects the skin. A biopsy confirmed. The other doctor correctly diagnosed a serious problem in a single visit, when Dr. Buckly could/did not, probably because she did not seem to give me much attention in her rush to get in and out of my appointment as quickly as possible. I do not recommend. There are better options if you value your health.

He is a very kind man and very compassionate and understanding. Basically, if you need a doctor who will practically give you anything you ask for with little to few questions, I'd say he's your guy. Someone told me that back in the 90's he used to be the king of giving out diet medicine, Phen-fen and all that good stuff. He still likes writing scripts for it, he even has a homemade poster right next to his desk that you basically face the whole time during your visit that says something along the lines of, ask me about diet plan medication. The wait for him is pretty much horrible. He only does walk ins unless it's something like the diet plan. So you never know how long you will wait and they herd you from one waiting room to another and then you just sit and wait for a pretty long time.
