The office is immaculate and the staff is well trained and very capable. Dr. Ambro has an unparalleled bedside manner with his patients and it is evident that he is adored and revered by his peers, staff, and patients alike. His attention to detail is uncanny. Dr. Ambro brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table that is equally matched by humility and character. He makes each patient feel as though he/she is his ONLY patient and is attentive to concerns and questions. He anticipates patient's apprehensions and is well prepared for discussions. His pre-operative and post-operative instructions are well outlined and are among the most thorough I have seen throughout my education and career. He is truly a jack-of-all-trades and a MASTER of them all. He is your "go-to" for everything above the clavicles and offers a multitude of non-surgical rejuvenation treatments including, but not limited to laser services, fillers, and Botox with dramatic, yet natural results. Dr. Chappell is an integral part of the team and focuses on breast augmentation and reconstruction, as well as, body contouring and minimally invasive body sculpting among other procedures. As a student observing many consults and interactions with patients, I was very impressed with Dr. Chappell's ability to navigate sensitive subjects. He spends adequate time with each patient addressing each unique concern and makes a stressful experience a very pleasurable one. It is not always easy to converse about ones "defects", yet he does so gracefully and with humility. Dr. Chappell is very amicable and went out of his way to welcome me and make me feel as though I was part of the team. I have met students with whom he has worked and my experience was echoed. On a final note, I was very impressed with Dr. Chappell's drive to learn new information. His desk was filled with articles, journals, and notes about new procedures and new developments in his field of medicine. He is well informed and stays ahead of the times. He will not disappoint! With regards to the other team members, Le Ann is a very skilled provider who has mastered patient interaction and satisfaction. She navigates BBL and CoolSculpting among other services with expertise and care and is a valuable member of the Annapolis Plastic Surgery team. Above all, she has a wonderful personality and will surely brighten your day. Kristen, the office MA is a beautiful and talented individual that brings a sense of calm to this busy practice. She always goes the extra mile to make patients feel at ease and is very attentive to the needs of the team. She is an invaluable asset to this office. Michelle works tirelessly to provide patients with the best possible experience in compiling all of the necessary documents and preparing for surgery. She is always available to patients to discuss treatment option pricing and facilitate the process leading to surgery. Last, but not least, Kim, the teams licensed medical aesthetician and certified permanent makeup specialist brings unique offerings to this practice. She has a calm and collected personality and makes patients feel at ease when discussing different treatment modalities. Less than 48 hours later, I received an email from their office offering a 20% discount off Obagi products for the month of December. I called the office immediately and asked if they could pass that along considering I was just there. Answer, flat out NO! The office manager advised the person that I was talking to that it could not be done. I'm sorry, that is ridiculous ...... if there is a will, there is a way, especially for a loyal client like myself. There was also a "gift" that was supposed to be part of the Diamond Glow promotion, but that was never offered - after thought. Not thrilled with the staff at all given this experience.

I went in with what looked like a broken foot and the doctor told me to walk across the street to get X-rays. Turns out my foot was sprained in two spots and no one provided me with crutches or a boot. And to add insult to injury in that instance, my ankle/foot specialist is on the thirds loot of the same building and no one told me to go see her-- I wish there were better communication between the primary office and the specialty offices in the same building because there are so many specialists in the building and no one communicates!!!
