Dr. Chappell is very amicable and went out of his way to welcome me and make me feel as though I was part of the team. I have met students with whom he has worked and my experience was echoed. His desk was filled with articles, journals, and notes about new procedures and new developments in his field of medicine. He is well informed and stays ahead of the times. He will not disappoint! With regards to the other team members, Le Ann is a very skilled provider who has mastered patient interaction and satisfaction. She navigates BBL and CoolSculpting among other services with expertise and care and is a valuable member of the Annapolis Plastic Surgery team. Above all, she has a wonderful personality and will surely brighten your day. Kristen, the office MA is a beautiful and talented individual that brings a sense of calm to this busy practice. The surgery itself went fine afterwards it took about a week longer than I was expecting to get back to work. My main complaint is that after spending all that money and going through all the agony of recovery I got zero results. My neck looks exactly the same as it did before the surgery very disappointing. I would not recommend. Although Dr. Sullivan Offered me spa memberships to try to compensate, I decided to waive that because of my lack of trust.
