This is a tale of two reviews…read more The first review is of communication and of ease of getting something done. Let's call that the first part. We reached out to Annapolis Custom Yacht Canvas because we had a section of our camper top on the boat that had a broken zipper. 1. They got a new zipper and had the section repaired in three days. 2. They walked down and put it on our boat for us! 3. The price was reasonable, less in fact than I expected! The second review is of customer service above and beyond. Somehow, after ACYC put the repaired section of our camper top back on our boat, it moved from where they put it to inside the boat. When we got to the boat, I panicked and thought it had gotten lost. I reached to ACYC, they went to the boat, and found the piece. Somehow it moved to the locked interior. I have no idea how, but they took the time to make sure we had the repaired piece. Donna kept in constant email communication on both Saturday and Sunday as we looked for it. Dan went on our boat, found the piece and then retied the boat as I had left the rear cleats loose. I applaud both the quality of their work and the exceptional quality of their customer service. I would give them six stars if I were allowed to!

Fast forward to early part of Oct and I took my boat in to get a quote on a spider crack on the gel coat above the water line that popped up Al end of the season '24. After we discussed his pricing etc for that fix and I found his pricing very reasonable I went through a laundry list of stuff, fix a gel coat chip, 2 more on the interior, wash/buff/wax the boat, replace the scupper valve, repair the trailer turn signal lighting, and replace the winch strap. I figured it'd take weeks, maybe a month, wasn't in a rush to get it done as it's the end of the season. Well, as Jeff quoted me 10days, on the 8th day I got the call everything done! Went and picked the boat up today...absolute perfection. Although cloudy out, cannot tell any repairs made, looks factory. Everything fixed/repaired with no issues! Highly recommend!
