Despite how busy they were, the staff went out of their way to offer us great seats at one of the tables with a perfect view of their televisions which were of course featuring the game. They even had free raffle giveaways as well as complementary fresh homemade ceviche for all of the guests. This truly was hospitality at its finest, and it was paired so nicely with the friendly and generous patrons of this establishment. He was then shoved to the ground by a security guard who then started waiving his flashlight in his face unprovoked. It was really weird and frightening behavior from a 50 year old+ employee that could land them in a lot of legal trouble. Management only offered two drink tokens after another group member complained. The tokens were then declined by the bartender. Poorly run institution that needs to 1) run better background checks on their security guards / make sure they're not violent 2) put up roping/boundaries by the tables to avoid overcrowding where they do bottle service There are much better bars/restaurants in the area that won't tackle to the ground.
