I had requested assistance with converting the bathroom tub into a walk in shower and re-tiling the bathroom floor. SHR team were accommodating to my tight timeline and never ending questions. They provided a list of all the materials I'd need / the quantity and picked up all the material for me! When the project started, I had walked Alejandro through my vision. Other then that, not much else was needed from me. Id stop in every day to check on the progress, if I had questions or wanted a modification I'd reach out to Franik and they'd have an answer or a fix! I'm extremely happy with the results. I couldn't have asked for a friendlier team to work with! They went above and beyond and helped with items not part of the original quote for no additional charge. I'd recommend this team to anyone!

We received quotes from a few different contractors. 2 Brothers' pricing was very competitive; what gave them the edge, was that they do almost all of the work themselves. This meant we'd know who was in our home every day, plus we didn't have to worry about a minor delay having a domino effect on project schedules like what can happen when you're dealing with multiple subs. Pete, Jamie & Auggie are genuinely nice people who seem to enjoy what they do. Pete was very responsive to emails & questions from the initial scoping phase through to completion. He presented options that were aligned with our goals for both style and price point, with no pressure to upsell us. Jamie pays good attention to detail and we were especially pleased with the tile work he did for our backsplash. He also endured my multiple questions with patience and good humor. There were also thoughtful added touches like when Auggie was painting our kitchen ceiling and took it upon himself to touch up some spots in a few others rooms as a bonus. There were some small unpredictable hiccups as does happen with any major project, and the guys were immediately responsive and kept us updated on next steps. This is a local family business doing very good quality work. When it's time for our bathroom remodel, I'll be sure to give Pete a call.

And yet the website says they do all kinds of things. We always test out contractors with small jobs before hiring for big jobs and we're looking to fully remodel the kitchen. They were sloppy with their work itself, messy throughout my entire home inside and out, lazy to a whole other level. Lazy is probably the perfect way to describe the work actually - nails from existing quarter round were left in and new quarter round was tacked over it so that we have nails sticking out all over our living room. Scratches were made that they refused to fix (claimed they couldn't fix aka wouldn't re do their mistakes) so now we have a brand new scratched floor (which they tried to say "well It isn't that bad!" Hahahahah) I can't even believe my experience so far. I feel tricked and trapped. Now what am I supposed to do? Pay someone else all over again to redo all of the many many mistakes and failures of this company?? Stay far far away. In this area there are so many quality contractors to choose from. Learn from my mistake and do your research and read reviews from real people like me before you spend your hard earned money on this type of crappy work.

Red flag right there. Refused to work with Lowes tile if I provided it, (a near perfect match!) saying it was inferior tile (not!) After I requested to know why he could not do it the way I wanted it done, just a reasonable explanation was all I expected, he ignored my email. I wrote him again a week later to ask if he got my email and he wrote back he was too busy to schedule us and not taking any new business right now, as if we had never spoken before. Kinda rude, gruff and indifferent to customer satisfaction. His way or the highway. Could care less. His loss and we saved $5K.
