Anyone who uses this pharmacy knows that the pharmacy lines can be ridiculously long. You usually cannot call the pharmacy, you have to leave a message. Employees are not always friendly or knowledgeable. And yesterday, I waited for a cashier in front of the store and, although there were employees all around who saw me, no one came to help. One employee started to come over and then got side tracked by something else. I tried to be patient but I eventually had to use a self-check out scanner. I've been with this CVS for years, but I think I'm gonna switch over to the much smaller XOXO Pharmacy across the street which my sister loves. 3 stars sounds about right for this CVS.
