They had a lot of flavors but when I tried a bunch they all sorta just tasted like sugar and caramel. I might just prefer ice cream, but I feel like the froyo didn't have enough creaminess or flavor. apart from the over priced rigged weighted scale I've never had a worse experience at a frozen yogurt place in my life. I went into CherryBerry just trying to enjoy a simple treat, and before I could even PAY, one of their employees stormed out like some kind of villain straight out of a horror movie. I had taken one tiny little lick of my yogurt -- literally nothing outrageous -- and this worker completely lost it. And of course, I would like to try my flavor before buying a huge overpriced tablespoon of yogurt..... They SCREAMED at me in front of everyone, told me to "knock it off," and then went off on this insane tirade like I'd just committed a crime. It wasn't just rude, it was actually unhinged. The energy this worker brought was so aggressive and nasty that it ruined my whole night. CherryBerry needs to seriously rethink who they're putting behind the counter, because right now they've got someone acting like a full-blown evil villain instead of a customer service worker. We love going to the Shakopee Cherry Berry location. It is clean and the team members are friendly and professional. I was also impressed that the outdoor tables were clean and suitable for customers to eat at if they wanted to. There are plenty of frozen yogurt options to choose from as well as toppings. The cashier/team member, Samantha, that was working last night was very helpful and professional. She was constantly cleaning and tending to the place when not waiting on customers at the register. Currently have 7 froyo machines with 14 different flavors. It can get busy here but it's worth the line if there is one. I prefer this over Dairy Queen, because although you pay more per ounce of ice cream, you do it your way. They also offer munchkin mondays where kids can get a smaller cup for a flat rate of $3, if you want a smaller size cup, just ask a cashier and they can give you one (easier for portion control). Just make sure to watch your kids, kids don't have good control when they see everything. I suggest telling you kid they can choose 2 flavors (fill it for them) and 3 toppings. When I bring my little cousin in, it helps bring down the price if I do it for him, but he can still have control over what he makes! read more

I was not a fan of CherryBerry. Some pros include the fact that they have several base yogurt flavors plus the standard toppings. I prefer a plain tart yogurt and wasn't happy with any of the flavors I tried. They all tasted pretty artificial and too sugary sweet. The prices (flat rate per ounce plus extra fees for "sampling" toppings) were also higher than I'm used to. Disappointing experience, don't plan to go back. I'm a big fan of frozen yogurt, so when I got here and tried out their yogurt I was really disappointed. First of all, the yogurt I got tasted awful. I tried out three different flavors: peppermint (disgustingly methol-y), cheesecake (passable), and cake batter (meh). The consistency was pretty melty, too, so that was also disappointing. The whole thing was rendered edible by the toppings, which were fine. I like that they have some more interesting things like popping boba and kitkats. However, I think they charge way more per weight than any of the other places I've been in the Twin Cities (compared to Freeziac, Chilly Billy's). I got my usual amount which usually comes out to around $3-4 and was charged almost $6. Overall, a disappointing experience and byfar the worst froyo place I've ever been to on all aspects: flavor, price, and decor (unpleasant flourescent lighting and red/green/white color scheme with tacky furniture). read more

Today me and my good friends amelia and franny went to a dessert place we haven't gone to yet, cherry berry. We had never gone there, so didn't know what any of the flavors tasted like or how it worked. We saw these little rectangular papers and thought maybe these were used for samples? We then used these to sample one singular flavor before this extremely rude flounder looking martian came over, death stared us, and told us samples cost money? After, me and my friend STOPPED taking samples, as we had NO IDEA it wasn't allowed. When we were in line to pay, a different woman was at the register. But when me and my friend were at the front of the line the old hag happen to come from the backrooms to ring us up. After weirdly staring and following us many times she then made us pay $1.50 for the one little minuscule sample we took. This is absolute bogus and needs to be heard. The Chocoholic is FANTASTIC! Some of the flavors sound like a yummy idea, but are a little too strong. Definitely need to be mindful when filling your dish....they do charge by the ounce. Reasonable price as long as you don't go too crazy! 1st time there,my son had more candy than yogurt in his bowl. Night and day from what this place use to be! You can definitely tell this place is under different management. The store is very clean! The Staff is great and very friendly! And not to mention the yogurt is AMAZING! Much better than it use to be. They offer many great flavors and toppings. I've notice people saying it's expensive, but honestly you are responsible for how much you put in your cup. I use to go to freeziac and yogurt lab. Freeziac by my house closed and yogurt lab raised their prices to 56 cents per ounce. You think CherryBerry is expensive, try again. This place has unique frozen yogurt flavors! They have 15 different flavors to choose from, and they aren't just plain vanilla or chocolate. I have tried the Red Velvet Cupcake, the Cookie Monster, the Espresso, the Tahitian Vanilla, Pink Lemonade Sorbet, California Tart and Cheesecake :) They offer a wide selection of toppings if that tickles your fancy, including dry cereals, chocolate chips, a variety of nuts, fresh fruit, candy bars, and sauces to top the whole thing off! They charge $.45 per ounce, so it can be a little more expensive than your average trip to the DQ if you load your entire cup up, but I'd gladly take Cherry Berry over Dairy Queen any day ;) read more

When me and my wife went up there to see my daughter she always talked about this place and how much she loved it so one day we went there with her to see if it was as good as she said it was. We have Orange Leafs down here in Houston Texas so we were familiar with the concept. While it had a decent amount of choices, they did not have as many as we were used to but their selection was still good. The amount of toppings were good as well.
