They also explicitly promised they would check on us throughout the event to see if we needed refills on water or drinks. They completely ghosted. We never saw them, and our guests were left without service. It has been three weeks since the event, and we haven't received a single follow-up call or text to ask how things went. They got their money and completely checked out. Nice place, but terrible owners and even worse service. Never again will we book with them. Save your money and go somewhere where the staff actually cares about your business.

As for the ramen, it wasn't as flavorful as I remembered. It felt like it was missing both spice and seasoning. It wasn't horrible by any means, but between the lackluster food and the customer service, I don't think I'll be returning.
