I went last week for a consult with Kevin, the owner. He was a pleasure. He listened to me and asked questions to make sure He and I understood what I wanted. ( Yes, I wasn't sure what I wanted, he clarified and explained and showed me colors) So, He began his magic at 10 am today. He asked me a very important question. Do I plan to do upkeep every 4 weeks. I told him no. I'm too busy. He then suggested bringing me back to my natural color for roots and painting on the highlights/lowlights. I was informed that the store could not fulfill part of my order. I explained that I had already placed the order and wanted to work with the manager to find a reasonable solution. Rather than assisting me with resolving the issue, the manager left the situation and contacted the police. During the interaction, I was also accused of throwing shampoo bottles at employees. I strongly dispute this accusation and did not throw anything at anyone. I specifically requested that the store review its security footage to verify what actually occurred. I was extremely uncomfortable with the way the situation was handled. I believe customers should be treated respectfully and given an opportunity to resolve issues regarding their purchases without being subjected to accusations that they dispute or being made to feel unwelcome in the store. This experience was particularly concerning because I had previously expressed concerns about an interaction with the same general manager. Unfortunately, this most recent incident left me feeling that my concerns had not been addressed. I respectfully ask that corporate management review this incident, including any available security footage, and evaluate how the situation was handled. I believe this matter deserves appropriate attention and follow-up. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure that future customers are treated professionally and respectfully.
