There is no way to dry the polish on your nails. She applied multiple layers to wet polish. No cuticle care, sugar scrub and a few rubs with a dull emery board to my feet. I think my 10 year old granddaughter does a better job in her dining room.

Serenity has been my number one choice for years! I've tried several different massage places for…read morethe cheaper price, but they've all been subpar in service and customer care compared to Serenity. Everyone there is so nice. Just walking in the door, you are immediately relaxed with calming music, water fountains, and a very nice , light scent in the air. The front desk staff is very friendly and greet you as soon as they see you. And the massage therapists are so wonderful! You do have to kind of "shop around" to find one that best fits what you like because they're all a little bit different, but I've never had a bad massage from them. Serenity just goes above and beyond compared to every other place, and I'll never go anywhere else!

I sure enjoyed having beautiful lashes. They lasted a long time too. And, the studio is brand new. I walk by it on my way to my hairdresser and watched it get built out. It turned out beautifully. It's nice and large so you don't feel all scrunched in there. And, she has a window too. I highly recommend Skincay -- Heidi is super nice and welcoming. She asked me what I wanted each step of the way and really made sure I was happy with the service before leaving. She even offered to do a touch up wax in a few days for the stragglers which I had never been offered before. She was quick yet took her time where it mattered. The actual service could have been so much more painful but she was so great about pulling the strips and allowing time for me to freak out lol. The lotions and serums they apply to the waxed area are so soothing and I left feeling very comfortable. I don't live here but if I did I'd make her my go-to girl!!!

This review is for eyebrow threading. When I moved from Boston (land of eyebrow threading on every…read morecorner by foot) to Ann Arbor, I had to do some research to find a new eyebrow place. Luckily, Yelp came through and pointed me straight to Saloni. Saloni is hands down the best eyebrow threader I've ever been to, and I've been to many. She is skilled, thorough, listens to what I want, brings out the inner beauty. She exudes warm, healing energy. Appointments are super easy via text. She is now in a new office space that she has lovingly decorated with bright colors and a lovely waiting space (I wasn't there long, as she does not keep people waiting).

I went in for a consultation for permanent makeup. The…read moreshop is very small, but it was clean, smelled good and the women were fairly nice. This is about all the good things I can say about it. I got there 10 minutes early and still had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment time. This was slightly frustrating since I drove down 30 minutes from Toledo. When I met with the permanent makeup artist, she was ill prepared. She had NO pictures of her past work. How do you expect me to let you basically tattoo my FACE without having photos of your work? No way! She said she could show me some on her computer when I came in to get the work done... seems a little backwards to me. She also did not do a patch test to make sure I wasn't allergic to the ink. From everything I've read about getting permanent makeup done, you get a patch test first. When I was getting ready to leave, she was trying to set up an appointment for me to get the procedure done. Yet she had no idea what her schedule was, and tried to set me up for an appointment time of another woman who MIGHT cancel. They just didn't seem to have their stuff together here, not very professional. Maybe if I was going in just to buy makeup or something it would be a nice place, but I would look elsewhere for permanent makeup.
