I was intending to walk in to make an appointment but I was stopped in my tracks when I saw the owner berating and screaming at a poor girl (who I'm unsure if she was a worker or a client) but regardless I was appalled. I am always in support of small businesses but ABSOLUTELY NOT if they are ran but such horrid and volatile people. If I could give Zero stars to this place I would because this woman's company does not deserve the support from our community.

I decided to book them for my wedding without having the trial first because I was running out of time. I'm so glad I did! I had the trial with Cristol and she is literally the sweetest person and I loved what she did with my hair and makeup! I felt ridiculously comfortable with my decision when I left the salon that day! Cristol came out with another girl (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) the day of the wedding. They were super accommodating because some girls decided to get false lashes on a whim. I know they had a strict time limit and they made it work! They were again so friendly and nice and REALLY good. I would 100% recommend Bliss for your hair and make up needs!

Obviously after paying $1,075 I became very uncomfortable. I looked at reviews to see if she was still providing a good service and all the recent reviews for well over 6 months were horrible. I grew more uncomfortable and tried calling the salon only to find it was not in service. I then went down to the establishment and it was completely vacant. At this point I still received no contact. For months I was trying to get my money back and even involved the police to which she lied to them telling them that I was the one who wasn't responding to her. lol Long story short she had no cosmetology license, no real business, and had scammed someone else before in the past. She was taken to court which is public record by the city of BG for theft of deception. I eventually got my money back from her. To this day have not received a word from her
