I was intending to walk in to make an appointment but I was stopped in my tracks when I saw the owner berating and screaming at a poor girl (who I'm unsure if she was a worker or a client) but regardless I was appalled. I am always in support of small businesses but ABSOLUTELY NOT if they are ran but such horrid and volatile people. If I could give Zero stars to this place I would because this woman's company does not deserve the support from our community.

Obviously after paying $1,075 I became very uncomfortable. I looked at reviews to see if she was still providing a good service and all the recent reviews for well over 6 months were horrible. I grew more uncomfortable and tried calling the salon only to find it was not in service. I then went down to the establishment and it was completely vacant. At this point I still received no contact. For months I was trying to get my money back and even involved the police to which she lied to them telling them that I was the one who wasn't responding to her. lol Long story short she had no cosmetology license, no real business, and had scammed someone else before in the past. She was taken to court which is public record by the city of BG for theft of deception. I eventually got my money back from her. To this day have not received a word from her

I have gotten my hair done by Holly (the owner) in the past, and she usually does a pretty good job. The one downside is that you have to tell her exactly what you want - if you don't know, she won't usually offer suggestions or whatnot, she'll just show you the colors/cut options and have you pick. Sometimes I like it when my stylist has knowledge of how some colors/cuts will look on different hair types, and can recommend what will look good. However, she does a great job and it's very reasonably priced (usually around 80 for color, cut and brow wax). EDIT 1/18/08: Last time I tried to go here, I was told that Holly (the owner) had sold the business. So, there is a new stylist who took over ...I have no idea if she's good or not, but she was very nice when she answered the phone. :)
