While I appreciate the effort to correct the work, I would have preferred a refund instead. Sadly, I won't be returning. This has happened to me about 5 times already. I don't always have 2+ hours to spend and it's really inconvenient to have to wait for someone to service my nails when I'm on a time crunch.
