She was nice and explained but, should have at least been called or my order should have been cancelled. Long story short, she was able to get the flowers out on 11/5 in the evening but, what prompted me to write a review is the basket my friend received did not look anything like what I ordered. Please see pictures for reference. I was truly disappointed. The owner did mention she didn't have the pink bunny in the original picture. But, the basket and flowers just look completely different.
