I placed an order for a Premium New Baby Basket on November 3rd for delivery next day and after not receiving delivery confirmation I called. I spoke to I assume was the owner on 11/5 because my friend had yet to receive her flowers and the owner told me that they had a couple events that weekend and I should have received notification or not be able to place my order. She was nice and explained but, should have at least been called or my order should have been cancelled. Long story short, she was able to get the flowers out on 11/5 in the evening but, what prompted me to write a review is the basket my friend received did not look anything like what I ordered. Please see pictures for reference. I was truly disappointed. The owner did mention she didn't have the pink bunny in the original picture. But, the basket and flowers just look completely different.
