I orders a few batches of different flower arrangements for my grandmothers service. I was definitely impressed and please with all of them. They were all soooo beautiful. I will definitely be calling back in the future. I highly recommend Fantastic Flowers for your special event. The arrangements are made with love. Thank you so much !!
If you're needing flower arrangements look no further. Mary Alice at FANTASTIC FLOWERS does incredible work. I've utilized her for the last several years and her arrangements are gorgeous. They're beautiful, full, healthy and last. Outstanding service as well.
As a first time customer I was impressed. I called on short notice and Mary Alice was friendly, informative and helpful. From the time I called to delivery was less than 2 hours and I was even sent a picture text of flowers at their delivery. I would definitely recommend this florist and will use again in the future.
Mary Alice was very kind and professional. My friend loss her brother suddenly and she was sick to deliver this beautiful arrangement to her. It made her feel happy every time she looked at it and sent me pictures a week later to show that they were still beautiful. Thank you so much
Always difficult ordering flowers when you live outside the state, I do lots of reading in yelp , looking at pictures and reading the latest remarks. That's so important to me. I called in a order the Wednesday day before thanksgiving , very pleasant conversation with the young lady asked me what I was interested in and price range and the delivery fee. She stated the delivery would be on Friday (which was perfect ) morning and she would send me a picture of the arrangement. That alone was great and very appreciated. The recipients of the arrangement where very happy and loved loved the flowers. Thank You fantastic flowers you did a wonderful amazing job!
I did an online order for flowers for my friend. You never know what you're going to get when you do something online. Fantastic flowers did a fabulous job!! The flowers were so beautiful and well worth the money that I spent. The candy add-on was a nice bonus and the size of the candy package was good for the amount of money I spent. The owner was nice enough to call my friend for her work address and reroute the flowers to that address to ensure they were fresh when she got them.
I sent her a picture of what I wanted and she said she could easily do it. Price was good, very beautiful spray.
Chose this place based on high reviews and location in town. Ordered online on Saturday for flowers to be delivered same day. Three hours later, my mom received her flowers! Fast and great service. Arrangement looked as picture displayed on website.
This is without a doubt the kindest, most understanding florist I've ever dealt with. I had a very special request for my bridal bouquet with a flower that was not quite in season. She told me she would do her best or use something similar. On the morning of my wedding I was so surprised that she was able to deliver the perfect bouquet with my special flower. The other floral arrangement is by Fantastic flowers as well. I recieved from a friend. I had to place them under my wedding picture because the colors blend so well. Thank you Fantastic flowers for bring such joy into my home.
Mary Alice and her business are great! I called early morning to send my mom a Mother's Day flower arrangement and she was able to deliver after lunch. She sent photos to show what it looks before sending. She used top notch and fresh cut flowers. Thank you Mary Alice
My family and I used Fantastic Flowers for all of the flower arrangements at my uncles funeral. During such a difficult time, Mary Alice was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful in planning and delivering all of our arrangements. I simply sent her a picture of a casket spray that I wanted for my uncle, and she did it with absolutely no problem and even exceeded my expectations. All the flower arrangements we wanted were very much custom pieces, so we sent her pictures of what we wanted and she did an outstanding job recreating them. The prices were great and all the arrangements came out exactly how we wanted them. I am beyond satisfied with how everything turned out! Thank you so much Mary Alice!!
Truly a family owned and operated business that is everything good about customer service and personalized care. Mary Alice went above and beyond to execute exactly what my mother wanted for her Aunt's out of state funeral that she is unable to attend. I am out of town so I had to put a lot of trust in the existing Yelp reviews prior to mine but I am so glad I did. Absolutely stunning end result and I highly recommend Fantastic Flowers for all your SA floral needs. P.S. Pro-tip to say "designer's choice" and tour budget. You can pick out a design from the web page if you prefer of course but I have always found if you simply "let Picasso paint!" and tell them what is important to you (for this arrangement it was the ribbon with AUNT MARY) the florist will 9 times out of 10 deliver something even more stunning, as was the case here. read more

I placed an order for a Premium New Baby Basket on November 3rd for delivery next day and after not receiving delivery confirmation I called. I spoke to I assume was the owner on 11/5 because my friend had yet to receive her flowers and the owner told me that they had a couple events that weekend and I should have received notification or not be able to place my order. She was nice and explained but, should have at least been called or my order should have been cancelled. Long story short, she was able to get the flowers out on 11/5 in the evening but, what prompted me to write a review is the basket my friend received did not look anything like what I ordered. Please see pictures for reference. I was truly disappointed. The owner did mention she didn't have the pink bunny in the original picture. But, the basket and flowers just look completely different. Keep in mind this was $93 dollars out the door. read more

Mary Alice was such a delight to work with, responded promptly via text, and made ordering a wedding bouquet (with only a two day notice mind you) over the phone from CA very easy! It was reasonably priced and even delivered on a Sunday. The bride LOVED the arrangement! Highly recommend! read more

The hubbs & I decided to order flowers for his moms for her birthday, but were a bit reluctant since we live in Dallas, and didn't want to use any of the huge flower companies. To Yelp I went to read reviews on local flower companies in San Antonio, and so glad I opted to go local. I've had bad experiences with the 800-flowers type companies in the past, and did not want to go through that disappointment again. When I contacted Fantastic Flowers, a most generous and knowledgeable lady greeted me, which I soon learned to be the owner, Mary Alice. I told her what I was interested in from perusing her website beforehand, and she informed me what she had in stock per the season. The only absolute was roses, since my mom-in-law's name is Rose. I gave her freedom to create something fantastic...pun intended! She accommodated the delivery time I requested, and sent me a couple of text pics of the arrangement on the day of delivery, and it was super reasonable! There's a reason I support local businesses. They actually care about the customer! I will most definitely be contacting Mary Alice for my mom's birthday in December or any other occasion that might arise in SA! BTdubbs, Rose loved her flowers! read more

I needed a basket arrangement of flowers for a Memorial service on a short notice. Mary Alice was so kind and sympathetic. Not sure of exactly what flowers I wanted she assured me not to worry, she would create a beautiful and comforting basket for the family. Thank you Mary Alice for doing such a beautiful job. I know the beautiful flowers brought them comfort! I highly recommend her and I will always use her for all my flower orders! read more
