I called the shop and after a pleasant conversation with Grace the bouquet was ordered. The next day after the workplace delivery to a relative we received a text from them and a photo of the delivered bouquet. I was in San Antonio from out of town to pick up my mother in law; I had originally planned to grab a bouquet of flowers from an HEB but could not find one. I googled Flowers By Grace and I am so glad I could not find the HEB. I walked in off the street and asked for a bouquet of a specific color and within 10 minutes I had a gorgeous bouquet to give to my mother in law. I was super impressed and tha kful considering a bouquet like that typically needs to be ordered in advance. Arrived shortly after opening at 9:30. I was greeted by a very nice lady. I showed her a couple of pics of an arrangement I was interested in. She spoke with a floral designer who reviewed it and stated they could create it with a slight modification. Although they were very busy with pending orders, they agreed to squeeze me in and have the arrangement ready by 2 on the same day. Sure enough, when I returned at 2 the order was ready. The result was outstanding! The arrangement was perfect. The flowers were beautiful, fresh and perfect in every way with a very pleasing fragrance as well. The lady who assisted me at pickup was very kind and also added a couple of nice touches at the end. What a great customer experience, considering this was a same day request. The staff went above and beyond and the recipient was extremely happy when she received this beautiful arrangement. I highly recommend this store for your floral needs. Grace and her staff went above and beyond to take care of a dear friend's brother casket spray. It was gorgeous. Due to miscommunication on my part the spray was not delivered when it should have been. I called the shop on a stormy Sunday morning. The answering service answered (a live person!). I told them my mistake and within 5 minutes Grace called me personally and assured me she would get the spray there as soon as the storm passed. It was flooding our streets! I heard from friend that it was delivered, as Grace said, when the storm let up and all was good. I will only use Flowers By Grace from this point forward because I know that I will be given great customer service with very talented Florist creations. read more

I ordered a floral arrangement (#64954) from Flowers by Grace for someone who was having day surgery. She did not get discharged early enough that day for a delivery. She called FbG and left a message that evening that she would be home all the next day for the delivery. Late afternoon the next day, she got a call from FbG saying that it was "raining and the traffic was heavy" so could they deliver the flowers the next (3rd) day. What kind of delivery service is that??? And when the floral arrangement was delivered the third day, it was not fresh and not as full as it should have been (based on a previous order a month earlier). I expressed my concerns to FbG, but they didn't seem to think that not delivering in the "rain or heavy traffic" was a problem. And they definitely didn't make up for the late delivery by sending out a special arrangement. read more
