We were completely unfamiliar with San Antonio florists so we checked out yelp. Flowers By Grace reviews gave me a good vibe. I looked through their online catalogue and found one that fit my needs. I called the shop and after a pleasant conversation with Grace the bouquet was ordered. The next day after the workplace delivery to a relative we received a text from them and a photo of the delivered bouquet. Aside from the bouquet looking better than the catalogue image (which looked really good) our relative was essentially gushing with thanks. Flowers By Grace scored a goal with us. read more

This florist is a gem. We had incredible customer service by Letty. She helped us select the appropriate plant and she went over and above throughout the ordering and delivery process. And the plant was healthy and fresh! I highly recommend this florist and Letty. read more

WOW! I ordered a bouquet for my mother for Mother's Day. I placed my order by phone on Friday and picked up on Saturday. They told me only the designer's choice was available on short notice which I was honestly a little nervous about but I am so glad I trusted them! They worked with my budget and I am stunned with the outcome. This bouquet looks like it was over 100$ but it wasn't! They are very reasonable in their pricing. I will continue to give them my business. Thank you, Flowers by Grace! read more

Please hire Grace for EVERYTHING. Grace was so willing and wanted to support us in everywhere. Our big wedding got canceled and we had to downsize to only a bouquet -- Grace did it no problem. I wanted altar pieces 3 days before our 13 people Mass and she said no problem. Grace is amazing. I can't wait to give her business in a year for our big reception! read more

I was apprehensive to use a service such as Teleflora for my father's casket spray, but before checkout it gave me the option to pick a local florist to do the arrangements. After a lot of searching, I saw Flowers By Grace had the best reviews. I selected before 1 pm delivery. When I saw the flowers on his casket, I was blown away. Flowers by Grace did such a great job with the arrangement. I chose the Silken Serenity Casket Spray. They looked more amazing in person than they did online. read more

I looked at the flower selections from the nicely designed website catalog and made my choice. I usually order most things from websites but as a new customer with Flowers By Grace, I called instead and did the transaction the old fashioned way by phone. Grace was very nice, professional and helpful to get my order out perfectly for a funeral that would place in four days. The flowers arrived as scheduled and looked beautiful. I highly recommend this establishment. read more

After having no luck getting even a return call from two flower shops in San Antonio, I happened upon Flowers By Grace, thankfully! The lady who answered was so kind and helpful in a tight time crunch! It is always sad ordering a funeral spray in the first place, but being out of town and not ahead of time, it becomes stress on top of sadness. Letty, you were so kind and helpful, thank you!! I can't wait to see the spray. I will update this review after I do with picture. I know it will be amazing and just for what we were hoping. Thanks again! read more

I was in San Antonio from out of town to pick up my mother in law; I had originally planned to grab a bouquet of flowers from an HEB but could not find one. I googled Flowers By Grace and I am so glad I could not find the HEB. I walked in off the street and asked for a bouquet of a specific color and within 10 minutes I had a gorgeous bouquet to give to my mother in law. I was super impressed and tha kful considering a bouquet like that typically needs to be ordered in advance. If I am ever in need of flowers while I'm in San Antonio, I will definitely be coming to Flowers by Grace!!! read more

Arrived shortly after opening at 9:30. I was greeted by a very nice lady. I showed her a couple of pics of an arrangement I was interested in. She spoke with a floral designer who reviewed it and stated they could create it with a slight modification. Although they were very busy with pending orders, they agreed to squeeze me in and have the arrangement ready by 2 on the same day. Sure enough, when I returned at 2 the order was ready. The result was outstanding! The arrangement was perfect. The flowers were beautiful, fresh and perfect in every way with a very pleasing fragrance as well. The lady who assisted me at pickup was very kind and also added a couple of nice touches at the end. What a great customer experience, considering this was a same day request. The staff went above and beyond and the recipient was extremely happy when she received this beautiful arrangement. I highly recommend this store for your floral needs. Keep up the great work, Flowers by Grace! read more

Grace and her staff went above and beyond to take care of a dear friend's brother casket spray. It was gorgeous. Due to miscommunication on my part the spray was not delivered when it should have been. I called the shop on a stormy Sunday morning. The answering service answered (a live person!). I told them my mistake and within 5 minutes Grace called me personally and assured me she would get the spray there as soon as the storm passed. It was flooding our streets! I heard from friend that it was delivered, as Grace said, when the storm let up and all was good. I will only use Flowers By Grace from this point forward because I know that I will be given great customer service with very talented Florist creations. read more

I ordered a floral arrangement (#64954) from Flowers by Grace for someone who was having day surgery. She did not get discharged early enough that day for a delivery. She called FbG and left a message that evening that she would be home all the next day for the delivery. Late afternoon the next day, she got a call from FbG saying that it was "raining and the traffic was heavy" so could they deliver the flowers the next (3rd) day. What kind of delivery service is that??? And when the floral arrangement was delivered the third day, it was not fresh and not as full as it should have been (based on a previous order a month earlier). I expressed my concerns to FbG, but they didn't seem to think that not delivering in the "rain or heavy traffic" was a problem. And they definitely didn't make up for the late delivery by sending out a special arrangement. read more
