I needed an arrangement delivered in just one day, and Artistic Blooms definitely exceeded my expectations. I was a little worried that the actual flowers might not look like the photo on their website, but they were almost identical. I'm in California and sent the flowers to my sister in San Antonio, so I was especially pleased with how beautifully everything turned out. The arrangement is gorgeous--the symmetry is spot-on, and the color distribution is superb. I will definitely be doing business with Artistic Blooms again! read more

I was very disappointed with the flowers we ordered. I was very specific as to what we wanted. We gave her a color palette and offered to send her a picture so there would not be any kind of misunderstanding and she would not accept photos. She did nothing of what was requested. She said it would cost $80 and we asked that she make it $150 so that it could be nicer. This is what she made and we could have purchased something nicer at the grocery store. So dissatisfied. read more

It's very hard sending flowers across the country but Artistic Bloom went above and beyond to get my flowers to my aunt's funeral. The funeral home was not open and said to leave the flowers outside. Artistic Bloom contacted me and and assured me they would not leave the flowers at the door as they were instructed. They went back later hand deliver the flowers. Great service! read more

I don't know how I forgot to do this review earlier, but I stopped in here totally out of the blue to get a gift for a co-worker's retirement. They immediately greeted me when I came through the door and asked me what I needed the bouquet for. Since I have no idea about flowers I informed them what it was for and what I wanted to spend and the magic happened. The owner immediately went into flower magic mode and an idea of a bouquet sprung into her head. And it was gorgeous. She really has a gift. The bouquet was a huge hit. I can't thank them enough for their help. They'll be first in my list when I need another bouquet. Thanks for your help. read more

I ordered some balloons for a child in the hospital. I am not in San Antonio but read reviews and picked Artistic Blooms. I worked with Melissa and then had to change delivery to the house. Then the next day had to call and try to switch back to the hospital. What a fire drill they went through to help me. Including the delivery driver. My experience has been that some florists are like a box of chocolates. You never really know what you are gonna get. Not so with Artistic Blooms! After reading the glowing Yelp reviews, I decided to call them from Nevada for a floral arrangement delivery in San Antonio. Although I visited their website, the helpful store staffer over the phone, Jason, gave me some valuable tips to arrive at a flower arrangement that met my budget and preferences. Delivery of the flowers was made as scheduled and my friends were thrilled with the beautiful arrangement that was indeed, picture perfect! Will be looking forward to calling Artistic Blooms again for a repeat performance! read more

Artistic blooms is the most reliable florist I've ever used and will continue to use them for all my local needs! They are quick and full of great ideas especially when I have those thoughtless days with no direction on what is best to send. They are reasonable and have made exceptions to allow me to add personal touch(gift bags, gift cards and such) to be delivered with their arrangements. If your needing flowers and a reputable, professional artist, give them a shout! You will not be sorry! Enjoy! read more

Wow!!!! this place is impressive!!! I thought service and experience like this was obsolete until this phone call. I am from California needing to send some flowers to my daughter-in-law in Texas. I looked on yelp at the reviews which were amazing and their website was even more impressive but the phone call was astonishing, the gentleman that answered the phone was absolutely on top of things. I did not have to repeat myself 10 times like I typically do. Absolutely understood what type of arrangement that I was talking about and when I hung up the phone I knew I was in excellent hands. You can tell whoever owns this place takes a lot of pride and makes sure whoever answers the phone knows what they're talking about. It made it so simple. I will be using them very often.!!! read more

Living in Boston, I was totally lost when trying to pick a place to send condolences flowers to my good friend in San Antonio. Luckily I stumbled upon Artistic Blooms from the glowing reviews everyone has left. When I called to make a request to change the vase for the arrangement I wanted to send my friend, I was greeted by the sweetest most respectful person on the other line. He told me it was no problem and no extra charge for my request. He wrote my name and information and that he'd flag my online order to ensure my request went through! I just recommended Artistic Blooms to my good friend, who was blown away by the "absolutely stunning arrangement" I sent her, as the place she should go to for the floral arrangements for the wake and funeral she's organizing. Even though the services are today and tomorrow, and the shop closes at 2 PM, they are accommodating her! Amazing! I could tell they stay booked and busy, yet take the time to thoroughly listen and bring to life each customer's request! I highly recommend Artistic Blooms if you want amazing quality and customer service! read more

Artistic Blooms - Girl happy me happy :D - Florists Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

I wanted a beautiful birthday floral arrangement and the florist at Artistic Blooms came through with flying colors. Absolutely beautiful.

After a lovely evening at the Longhorn's game, my husband and I wanted to send a nice thank you to our San Antonio friend. Not knowing anything about florists in the area, I turned to Yelp for assistance. I loved the photos and reviews for Artistic Blooms. The arrangements were beautiful and non-conventional. They seemed to really think about the client and the occasion. So I called and got a very nice gentleman on the phone and explained my vision for this bouquet. My friend is a BIG Longhorn fan and I wanted a nice Longhorn thank you in honor of their recent success over Rice. Yes, they won. Hard to believe after the ND performance. So Longhorn spirit but not kitschy. It needed to reflect the sophistication of my friend. It didn't have to go out that day. Lo and behold, about three hours later, this florist texted me the creation--beautiful burnt orange flowers--mixed with a hydrangea. They even put a copper wire Longhorn imbedded in the hydrangea. It was delivered same day! My friend was delighted! I got a text from her immediately and she loved the creation. It was pefect. She sent me photos of the arrangement she was so happy. This florist is creative, responsive and willing to step outside the box. They probably don't get too many same day requests for burnt orange flowers in San Antonio. Great experience. Happy gift sender. Very happy gift recipient. read more

Wonderful!! I was trying to give flowers to my stepfather and uncle after their mother passed away, and had a really bad experience with a florist after they missed the memorial and it looked like the flowers were never going to be delivered. I was upset, especially since I could not be there with COVID (I'm in Arizona), so I ordered flowers to be delivered to their house instead from Artistic Blooms. They were professional, kind, and called me when they realized the didn't have a component of the bouquet I had ordered and fixed the issue promptly. It was just really wonderful after my experience dealing with the aforementioned florist. Thank you so much, flowers may not seem like a big deal but they can mean a lot in times of need. read more

What a great experience - my childhood friend's mother passed away in Pasadena, CA and Margaret could not get back home for her funeral. Us Girls who have known each other since 6th grade sent her some flowers. They made up a gorgeous basket of plants and cut dendrobium orchids. Service was outstanding. Margaret said they called her to make sure when she would be home and when it was delivered I received an email that it was delivered. Very impressive service and by the photo Margaret sent beautiful product. Ordered in the morning and delivered in the afternoon - highly recommend. I think it was Julie I spoke with. Margaret will use this florist next time she needs local flowers too. Margaret said the basket was a mood-lifter for her during this sad time. read more

We were coordinating the flowers needed for a family member's funeral but were left high and dry at the last minute by our regular florist. I pulled up Yelp and found Artistic Blooms within 15 miles so I called. Julie assured me they could handle my needs (funeral was the next day) and after meeting with her knew immediately I had found the perfect florist. Because of their friendliness and quality work they are now our go to florist for every occasion. Every family member was impressed with both the quality and freshness of the flowers as well as the design. We ordered two easel sprays as well as the casket spray ... and each was created exactly as requested with a touch of their own creativity. If I could award ten stars I would. read more
