Come to find out the restaurant does not offer wedding services. They claimed they could provide us with other options, but then tried to up charge us to provide the other options. We promptly asked for a refund from Everlasting Elopements after that. They said it would be 5-7 days to receive a refund of $1133 it has been well over a month and no refund. This is a major disappointment - people use services like Everlasting Elopements because they are on a budget, so when we are scammed out of such a large amount of money, it hurts.

When this company saw my review they got back to me and started to follow up more attentively. They let me know that they had no intention or committing any type of fraud or misleading me. They did the job the best way they could but could not help me recover my birth certificate and the next day after reaching out to me they refunded my money in full. I by no means feel victorious if anything I feel like a "karen" leaving a bad review and now feel bad that they gave me my money back but it shows that they care a lot about their reputation and their business dealings.
