This is a nice new south Indian cuisine restaurant that serves tasty vegetarian and non-vegetarian. It replaced the previously established, Madurai Kitchen. The restaurant was clean, well-lit, and had a nice ambiance. I went here for lunch with my family. It was busy when we got here which was a good sign. We were seated promptly. The menu was to be accessed through a QR code. My party ordered different varieties as individual orders (not shared). The variety included different types of dosa, idly, vada sambar and a south Indian vegetarian thali aka platter. The food and service were good. Everyone liked what they ordered. The food was fresh and flavorful. I liked this restaurant and its offerings. I'll be back for more. Check them out.

Ordered chicken Salna ( one small piece of chicken in the sauce) , chicken chukka soru ( spicy) and garlic bread.

Ordered chicken Salna ( one small piece of chicken in the sauce) , chicken chukka soru ( spicy) and garlic bread. Lots of flavor but not worth $60 in my opinion. Best thing was naah bread

Non-veg thali, maysorri masala dosa, Crispy fried Chilli Chicken, Masala Chai, malabar paratha

10/10 for customer service, food , hygiene , vibe visiting again. Sorry about the after math picture. Couldn't resist the food to take a proper picture.

We didn't really have to wait, but there were few open tables. First the good - the hibachi grill option. Many Chinese buffets have this, but this one was pretty good. Lots of protein options, and you should make good use of the little bucket of spices they have at the end of the buffet. I will say I got really jealous when one of the employees busted out a tortilla and started grilling tacos. I wonder if that's a secret option? The bad - the orange chicken. Look I'm a sucker for saccharine sweet American Chinese chicken. Sometimes you find a place that just does General Tso's right, but other times it's oversauced and soggy. But here the orange chicken has a different problem - I don't think there's any chicken in it? I grabbed a bunch of pieces and all of it was just fried batter. Really disappointing. The confusing - why the plastic silverware? Especially when they have normal flatware to grab up at the buffet. Just feels really wasteful for no reason. Everything else is buffet tier food, which means not great but it'll fill you up. An ok option if you're in the area, but there are other buffets closer to me that are comparable enough that I don't know if we'd come back.

My favorite part is the hibachi station. Being able to pick your own ingredients and have them cooked fresh just the way you like is always a plus. The buffet has a huge selection, so there's something for everyone, and you really can't beat the price for everything you get. It's been a while since I've been back, but I'll definitely revisit the next time I'm in the area.

Our friendly waiter Alex made it super easy and guided us thru the ordering process on our phone. Alex made the whole experience a lot of fun and checked on us often. They had a huge variety of Wagyu meat cuts and several broths to select from. All the meats were freshly sliced, presented on chilled platters and easy to work with. The orders came out fast. They had over 15 different sauces to pick from and the greens bar was nicely stocked with common and unique veggies. They had plain, egg and kelp ramen noodles yo add to your broth as well as udon. We liked the shrimp as well as the fried Chicken Nanban & Karaage. The sushi was ok. The warm bar had sautéed asparagus, pizza (for the kids), Takoyaki, beef sukiyaki, curry and other items. Desert bar was fresh fruit items, self service waffle iron to coincide with matcha, vanilla or twist ice cream. All in all it's a fun place to dine and there is something for everyone to enjoy!

For starters, hot tea and sticky rice. My favorites were the shrimp dumplings and crispy shrimp rolls, but I also love a good greens in oyster sauce dish. Ordering is easy from a tablet or off the menu but unfortunately a couple things we wanted to order from the menu were no longer available. The steam baskets were removed from our table pretty quickly after they were emptied. Plenty of parking here and the restaurant wasn't too crowded yet, early on a Monday. I appreciated the sturdy chopsticks for use as well as a fork as needed, but a knife would be helpful too, for the crispy greens. I would like to return for dinner sometime and try more dim sum choices. This is a great place to go for a meeting, date night, or with a group.

The servant told me about it when I mentioned to him how bad the food taste, as reminder for them to improve. I was shocked by how dumb he is to tell me the truth. Try to defend themselves? Made-by-factory does not mean it's fresh! My mouth still have this awful taste after a day. The dish I ordered is called fried sticky rice. It's supposed to be cooked from scratch. This is absolutely cheating. I have been going to this restaurant for years. Even I had been disapointed in the past, I still kept going as it's the only dim-sum place in my area. The food quality has been deteriorating over years to the point I feel that's enough. I will not go again. Some of my friends have stopped going for a while As a Cantonese who grew up with dim-sum every weekend, I do not recommend this place! This is just gross.

We ordered a few things to be non-spicy and it was actually not spicy. Sometimes there's still a hint of mild spice, but this was great for our kids. Portion sizes are great and surprisingly generous. We ordered to go and all the food was still nice and hot when we brought it back. What we got: Butter chicken (not spicy) - So good. Such a staple for us and this one was kind of light on the tongue with a hint of sweetness. Palak paneer (not spicy) - This is akin to a creamed spinach with cheese cubes. We love this. Solid order -- it was good. I think other places have been a bit more savory compared to here, but we love this as a veg dish. Lamb biryani - This was so, so good. Other biryanis we've had have felt really heavy (maybe too greasy?), and super spicy. This one is delightfully bright flavored and surprisingly light feeling! I liked this so much. The lamb was delicious and tender. No bones or gristle in it. Just so good. And paired with the yogurt sauce to take some of the heat off--chef's kiss. This is definitely a spicy dish though. But so worth it. Shrimp korma - This was new to us! And I loved it a lot! It's coconutty and bright, but still creamy. It's reminiscent of a Thai curry if that helps give a comparison. I could drink this curry if it was acceptable. Butter naan - Nothing bad could ever be said about a butter naan. Delicious. Order so many. We fed 4 adults and 2 kids with more than enough leftovers. Maybe this will have to take our place as our new go-to for Indian!
