9 Dumplings (Steamed)
Maria B.

After a long day of work and late flight arrival I decided to order some food. There are a lot of chinese restaurants close by but this restaurant offered the fastest delivery. I ordered the General Tso's Chicken served with rice and the steamed dumplings, the portions were generous and the food was amazing. The chicken had lots of flavor and the rice was very delicious too. I really enjoyed the filling and texture of the dumplings. Enough sauce was sent and my yummy food arrived hot. If you are in the Orlando Airport vicinity this is a fantastic restaurant! Very thankful

18. BBQ Ribs and Chicken Wings Combination Platter
Vinroy M.

Taste: (7/10) it's not bad and I ate the entire dish. Appearance: (7/10) it isn't plated necessarily for visionary pleasure since it's a to go order. Plus, I had to move some wings in order for you to see the spare ribs. Value: 8/10 it's worth the price, overall. General Comment: I eat from this place quite a few times. It's the best restaurant I know that serves this type of food, in the area. I'd recommend you giving it a shot.

I stopped for a bite and the time their buffet was available. I thought at the time why not. The hot n sour soup was good, the egg roll was tasty, the bbq boneless spare rib was overcooked as was the fried rice and noodles. The shrimp with vegetable was tasty too. Would I come here again? Probably not but its was a decent buffet but not nearly the best.

Rock and Roll

I can't believe I've never reviewed Cheng's! This is usually my go to for Chinese takeout. I've had a variety of different meals from here and never found one I didn't like. My favorites are the chicken with garlic sauce, the lo mein, their fried rice, and I also enjoy their sushi rolls. I always get their wonton soup since the combos usually come with it. It's not the best wonton soup I've had and it's a little skimpy on the wontons, but it's decent. The egg rolls are decent as well. It's really the rest of the food I find to be very good. Their fried rice is one of my favorites and it has a great flavor without needing to add soy sauce (even though I still do because it's a guilty pleasure of mine!) I enjoy their sushi rolls also; they always taste fresh and flavorful. In addition, Cheng's does deliver and their delivery people are always pleasant and find the apartment most of the time which is challenging for most delivery services. If you haven't tried out this spot yet, I definitely recommend it!

Super Delicious food and very friendly staff. I especially like their seafood dishes (shrimp, lobster) everything is seasoned nicely and tastes fresh! They also packaged their to go orders very well, by the time I got home my food is still very hot my house is about 30 minute drive from this place). All in all I'd recommend this restaurant.

Shrimp in Lobster Sauce Lunch Special B when I ordered A and they charged me for A
Cherry L.

Came here to get some cheap takeout. For the lunch menu I ordered A with the egg drop soup and wontons and got B which was with just the egg roll. They charged me for A which was more expensive and only gave me B, and I didn't realize until I was already home. We were the only customers there when it opened so idk how they could've messed that up. Oh well, at least it was cheap. Be careful when you order takeout to make sure you get what you ordered!!!

Is this the kind of place that a compete with the top tier of NYC/CA, yes but not at the same level. Cha Siu Pork - This was truly legendary. Tender, perfectly cooked. Highlights for sure was the calamari which was perfectly cooked and crispy, Peking duck was spot on and skin was perfect with juicy meat. Wonton was house made you can tell and it was awesome. I was disappointed with the steamed oyster as it was well cooked but the taste overall was just not for me. Lobster was also a let down. You could tell it was frozen or not too fresh. The meat was sticking to the shell which is a tell tale sign Overall a stellar meal , I would just avoid some of the dishes above but otherwise it was great

We were seated quickly, and once we ordered the food, it came out in no time. I tried the Stir-Fried Chinese Broccoli with Garlic and the Salt and Pepper Tofu. The broccoli was perfectly cooked and had a great garlic flavor. The Salt and Pepper Tofu tasted great but was a bit greasy. My family ordered Lobster with Ginger and Scallion, which they raved about. I would definitely return if I were in the area.

Besides that I really loved the chee cheong fun with xo sauce and the fried shrimp balls. Maybe because we went on a Monday they didn't do the dim sum carts which I love. But then again, the restaurant isn't too big so I feel like they usually don't do the carts. But this is a way to ensure all the food you're getting is fresh though! I do wish the dim sum menu was a little more varied. I feel like a few staples that I normally gravitate towards weren't there. But there was still enough to have a good filling meal.

Each time I order it, they tell me that shrimp dumplings are extra. They are very much worth it, by the way! The noodles in this soup are egg noodles. The tender bite draws you back. The chinese spinach is nourishing and offers iron to give you strength. The crispy pork is amazing. But it is really crunchy. At this restaurant they sell it by the pound, right along side the hanging duck which is by the pound as well. They sell so many dishes that are well-loved, but I tend to get the soup. It's so nourishing and flavorful. Top tip for parking...you can park in the back, but there are many restaurants on the same aisle so you sometimes have to wait for people to leave.

I was craving Tasty Wok (again) & decided to order 2 more dishes that I haven't had in years…read more Mandarin Egg Tofu With House Sauce Fish Filet with Black Bean Sauce These 2 dishes are HOUSE SPECIALTIES so that means they are known to be unique dishes and delicious. Mandarin Egg Tofu - Egg tofu is very delicious and is similar to silken tofu consistency and this dish is delicious. It has pork strips, enoki mushrooms , mini corn, snap peas, green onions. The egg tofu is fried first and once you bite into it its very tender and silky smooth texture and kind of creamy. This is my favorite tofu. The house sauce is a big brown based sauce. The snap peas seemed a little overcooked losing its bite and crunchy texture nonetheless still a memorable delicious dish. This would be a great vegetarian dish if you opt out the pork strips, Fish Filet with Black Bean Sauce - This is usually served or listed on the menu as a rice plate dish. I usually eat this dining in and its a delicious plate entree. They use Swai filets for this dish. For $1 extra you can order it as a dish with rice on the side and you get more fish filets etc separate. This is a lightly battered fish filets fried and topped with house brown sauce with slithers of onions and red / green bell peppers. Of course the brown sauce is black bean sauce so you will see speckles of black beans with the sauce. There are ginger notes as well when you devour this dish. The fish filets are cooked perfectly so soft and tender. The rice served here can be better imo. Perhaps better brand or grain rice? Also ordered my regulars ; Walnut Shrimp, Beef Chow Fun. Walnut Shrimp - Request ordering this (take out only) having the broccoli stored separately. This provides the shrimp dish to not be soggy. I think you get more shrimps this way too. Tasty Wok's walnut shrimp is by far the best in orlando imo - they really seasoned the shrimp itself prior to dressing it with their creamy sauce. The sauce has a tad sweetness to it & some sort of umami. The shrimps are jumbo large sized. You get about 10-12? Shrimps in this dish. I have had my share of tasting this dish at different restaurants and by far Tasty Wok's is by far my favorite. Beef Chow Fun - Another favorite from Tasty Wok. Wok Hei present, Tender seasoned beef thinly sliced, and Tender wide noodles. It was under seasoned salt wise but eating it with their creamy sauce seasoned beef makes up for it. Again, ate my share of Beef Chow Fun at many restaurants and by far Tasty Wok's have been my favorite thus far. They offer free mini tubs of chili oil upon request. Also chopsticks. Tasty wok do not seem busy dining in but they are busy with take out orders.

It's about a 20 min Uber ride from Epic Universe, and while they close at 10:30, they stop serving dine in customers around 9:30 PM. Fortunately I called at 9:10 to let them know we were on the way, and they told us they'd allow us to dine in. I appreciate that. The menu is pretty big. Prices are really good for the portion and all entrees come with rice. Can't beat that. I didn't see any noodle soups on the menu but I saw on Yelp someone had a duck noodle soup so we asked if this was offered. They said they could do it. The broth and noodles were good but the duck tasted a little old. We eat a lot of duck so we're kind of picky, but I think for most people, this would be just fine. We also ordered the honey walnut shrimp, mongolian beef, and beef chow fun. The shrimps were really big, lightly battered, but they smothered the dish in that mayo sauce lol Once you wipe off some of the mayo, it's pretty good though. I loved that they served this with steamed broccoli cause greens ya know? And they offered a good amount of walnuts for that crunch. The mongolian beef was delicious and while there were a lot of onions, there was also a lot of tender beef. The flavor was good, not too sweet, not too salty, and not spicy either, despite all the dried peppers. Beef chow fun was a hit. You can really taste the smoky wok hei flavor which makes it authentic. The beef was tender, the ho fun noodles whole and intact. Paired with their chili oil, so good! The chili oil is upon request only, they don't leave it on the table. Be warned, it does have a nice heat to it!. Service was prompt and courteous. For $71, we were able to have a quick, tasty dinner for 3.5 people (3 adults, one 5 year old). Can't beat that.
