I loved the black truffle popcorn- garlic, black pepper, onion and black truffle yumminess pairs nicely with a glass of wine. I'm sure my wine-loving friends will also enjoy this particular flavor. I also tried the salted caramel popcorn. Salty and sweet at the same time, super tasty. I couldn't stop from digging in for more! I ordered 10 bags, many flavors I didn't try - yet. Yet. Hmm I'll have to show restraint or else these will be consumed before I even leave my house for the airport! Order 5 bags and owner Stephan will deliver locally to your doorstep for free. He's a very nice and friendly guy. Very bubbly with a smile on his face and love in his heart. He did me a big favor of bringing the goods to me in the suburbs. It's not very good for you and it's definitely overpriced, but I have no qualms about giving this little local business four stars when their product is so tasty. Not pictured are the cappuccino that I got (so good!) and the loganberry soda that my partner and I shared. I'd never had a loganberry soda and it was SO good. These old fashioned candy and ice cream shops seem increasingly rare these days and there's something quite special about them. They make their own ice cream, sauces and toppings, and the chocolate/fudge in the candy cases. We had a blast and will certainly return.

The sauces are all homemade and in my opinion, they're really the star of the show. If you want to go all out you can get the "king's portion" double scoop sundae, but I appreciate that they also serve single scoop "queen's portions" for a slightly lower cost. The staff are always friendly and efficient, willing to make modifications so that you can craft the ice cream of your dreams. Worth noting is the very silly water station near the front door. Condrell's has always served tiny glasses of water, which is now offered in Dixie cups that you fill yourself. If you're trying to stay super hydrated these baby sized cups aren't going to meet your needs, but I have come to expect them and think they add to the charm of the venue.
