The TV and sound system could definitely use an update, and I don't believe it was a smart TV. The front desk staff were not very friendly. They kept calling us on the day of arrival and again on the day we were leaving, which felt a bit excessive. I did appreciate the complimentary toothbrush and razor, though that was a nice touch. The kitchen amenities and sink area were also very nice and convenient. The biggest drawback was the smoke alarm beeping in the middle of the night. It really disrupted our sleep. I understand maintenance may have needed to come in, but I wasn't comfortable with someone entering while we were out or disturbing our privacy while we were inside I'm a bit particular about that when my belongings are in the room. Overall, the views were the highlight, but due to the outdated features, staff experience, and the alarm issue, our stay fell short of expectations.

My family and I rented this place for a few days after Christmas and wow, were we impressed. As we…read morewere traveling with 3 families - a total of 7 adults, and 3 kids under 5 - we were able to bring 3 cars with us. The rental was spacious with one master, and two additional bedrooms. One bedroom had both a bunkbed and a queen size bed. In addition, there was a pullout sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed. In fact, I could have baked something if I knew baking ware was included. And all of the cooking pans, tools and other kitchen amenities were of quality. No scratches on the pans as I normally see in other places we have rented. The view was stunning as it was the water and mountain that took the view. Not even a 5 minute walk, there are a bunch of bars/wineries and food options to peruse. And about 20-30 minutes drive in/out are the larger, fancier wineries. There was also a casino in the area as well. The price tag is a bit on the higher end but is doable for bigger groups so as to split the cost. I would certainly recommend this place and would love to return. Communication between the property manager and I were prompt, which I appreciate very much.

The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, plates, cups, pots, and pans. In one of the mornings, we even made pancakes! Bathrooms were large enough which was nice especially in a large group. Red Apples was about 10 min away. Beware though, if you're hungry in the middle of the night, make sure to stock up in the fridge because their grocery stores are not 24-hours like in Seattle. Fortunately, I brought enough beef jerkeys. We didn't have time to explore Downtown Mason, but that was only two blocks away. Boat and other water activities rentals were also two blocks away which was great! We rented a boat and went on a winery tour in Chelan. Downtown Chelan was about 30 minutes away from where we stayed at, but the drive wasn't too bad. You do need to take out the trash and put in a load into the laundry machine before you leave though. I think that's normal if you're renting for a few days. The only downside was the noise upstair. There was another bachelorette party above us so I was able to hear them in the middle of the night whilst I was trying to sleep. However, the noise wasn't too bad since the other gals in my group slept quite well. I was just a light sleeper. Debbie, our main source of contact was very professional. We were able to check in early. Tracey, I think that was her name, was very helpful as well. Our code to get into our place didn't work so we had to get another code. Tracey, who was there when we arrived, made sure that we had a code that worked. But other than that, I would definitely come again with my family. If only they accept small dogs. I would definitely bring my Maltese if they allow it. :)

He told me "we actually do for tonight" "we have several rooms". I provided him with all the information and just FYI any child above 5 is considered an adult. I showed up and he had set the reservation for some random dates. Instead of taking accountability and apologizing for the error he tried to gaslight me over the phone. I had to drive far with kids to find something eles. Why would I tell him some random dates if the first thing I said was Do you have anything availability for tonight. Truly dissatisfied

I'd like to suggest a Keurig single cup vice the available coffee pot, I chose to walk across the street to the coffee stand vice brewing Folgers. The bed is comfortable. Stayed in the single units behind the office in a non smoking room , however the room next to us appeared to be smoking as a smoking urn was located out in front if the unit. Found that to be very irritating. Have stayed in the multiple level units and will stick to them in the future. The guest services office was not open much during our stay so thankfully we didn't need help. Great value for the price!

We paid around $600 for sat check in and monday 11am checkout--so 2 nights and 3 days. There were 6 of us plus baby =7. 2 great room sizes and sofa bed in living room. The living room bed is uncomfortable, ok for 1-2 nights though. POSITIVES: Close to EVERYTHING, very big condo, has a warm water pool, amazing price, cable, big comfy beds, full kitchen and appliances, has washer and dryer. Fast responce if you have a problem( 30min) NEGATIVES: wifi didn't work( manager is i stalling new routers to make sure everyone has reliable speed). Our unit--#1 had a faulty lock which took 5 mim to open all the time( the maintenance guy-Mike, said they are replacing. Only one parking space per room-- bad if you have 2 cars that ate coming, but there is street parking and across the street park parking. Check in is at 4pm-- not the usual 11am WOULD I RECOMMEND? YES!!! And i will come here again!

I happened upon the Lake Chelan Motel and stopped in at the office to inquire about a room. Luckily, there was one available and the incredibly sweet woman behind the desk made check in a breeze after my 12+ hours of driving; I just wanted to get some sleep. The room was clean, comfortable and had a very "homey" feel. Between the wonderful interaction with the proprietor and the room itself, I would highly recommend this cozy gem for your next stay if you are ever in the area.

First thing was we had some jet skis anchored by shore so we could keep an eye on them and have easy access. Resort staff asked us to move them because someone wanted to tie up to their buoy. No problem, we moved the jet ski to the dock. No one ever tied up to the bouy the rest of our stay. Second thing was I paid for a buoy ($25 per day) to tie my boat up to. It was fine there for 3 days and nights. On the fourth day I got a call from the staff. Someone complained that my rope didn't look strong enough. I am an engineer and have been boating for 35 years. I have tied up and anchored my boat in many rivers and lakes. I never had a problem. My rope was in good shape and doubled so it was twice as strong as a single rope. They told us there was going to be high wind (see picture of wind forecast not high winds) and recommend we use a different rope or pull our boat out. I pulled my boat out a day early and I'm going to try and get a refund for the fourth day in the morning. The lake is beautiful but the way we were treated and lied to was disappointing. I doubt we will stay here again.

Way better than typical campground fare, and we ended up eating here more than cooking for ourselves. There's also always something going on: fishing derbies, cookoffs, paddle boarding, boating. Easy to stay busy, easy to just relax too. Jaci has done a fantastic job realizing the potential of this spot. You can tell she cares about every detail, and it shows. Book early, because this place won't stay a secret for long!
